3 Stars is Average, which I can't say this hotel is average. It was definitely lacking a average stay. House keeping never came, we stayed for 3 nights. cleanliness was low, low staff. The staff were very helpful. We needed batteries for the tv remote and they sent someone up right away. The room was clean! The bed comfortable. The check in staff very helpful. Unfortunately, they are in the middle of a remodel so there was only one working elevator, no restaurant or breakfast. Would still stay here again. Convenient to downtown and the Dome of America.
