Very small bed on top of steps. Make sure you can go up steps like a ladder before you book here. Pretty small and couch was not comfortable at all. Otherwise a great property

Great communication & service after miscommunication at the start! What began with an unclean room turned into a very positive experience in this newly listed property that's right in the middle of main street Old St Charles! The lot parking is busy and full on the weekends, however, there were 2 small places immediately behind the property. Inside, the living quarters, loft bed area, and kitchen area are very small; however, there is a very nice and spacious bathroom with plenty of space for bags & overflow items. The stand-up shower is easily large enough for two people at the same time, and the small futon flips down for space for someone to lay down and sleep. The perfect, quaint spot for a couple or family of 3.

Great place right on Main Street. Bed was very comfortable. Couch is like a mini couch, very low to the ground and not what’s in the listing picture. As others have mentioned it is very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with the bar next door. Parking was a little chaotic due to the craft show going on all weekend, but not the hosts fault. It would be nice if there was reserved parking for those staying at the Outter. Overall the place is cute, clean, comfortable bed, and great bathroom.
