Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Good Neighborhood
The house is cute. Street parking only. Clean but small. The neighborhood was fantastic. In a historical district. Close to many shops, restaurants, and a river side park. Great place to stay with a dog.

Virtual training escape!
The location was perfect and quiet for my virtual training I participated in for two days, 7:15-4:30 each day. I need a simple not over decorated space when focusing and working on something remotely. The stay aesthetics was perfectly suitable for this feel for me. The second bedroom was light filled with a ceiling fan made my long hours at a desk so more enjoyable because I was comfortable. I walked on my breaks to local shops and eateries, again perfect location. I cannot say enough positive about this rental. Managers checked in on me personally, not a auto generated text with a "Y" if everything was good or a rating scale. This made me feel safe as I was traveling alone.
I will return!!! possibly for the same reason or just a get away with my husband for a couple of nights.

Great little place in a perfect location
The home is spotless. It lies about a block south of Historic Main St. The Missouri River is a quarter-mile away. Freeway access is convenient. The apartment is the rear unit of a duplex, so it is very quiet.
