Under renovation. Exposed electric in the pool area. Place stunk. Hot tub cold. Breakfast was a complete joke. Place should be condemned.

The hotel is under renovation but the rooms they are providing are filthy and smell like smoke -there were stains in every piece of furniture the ceilings and the bedding and towels. Need major work to even be acceptable. Staff was nice but they are in over their heads

I was given a key upon check in to room 111. My daughter and I went down to settle in and when I ipened the door the bed was unmade, tv was on, and someones belongings were there. Meaning this was someone elses room already. The desk acted like this was no big deal and switched me to room 322. Now, I was a bit paranoid that a key could clearly be issued to my room to another guest. Also I had to move the furniture around to plug in the television and lamps. Should those items not just be ready to go? Lastly it has been a week since I checked out. The incidentals deposit is still on hold in my account. The hotel says its the bank, then the bank says its the hotels job to clear. So not only did I not feel entirely safe and secure during the stay.... now I literally am waiting for my own money back. Will never go back.

The room itself was fine except for the carpet. It needs replacement but a simple carpet cleaner at least would help. The rest of the room was great. Breakfast was good. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is under construction but it doesn’t seem like anyone is working on it. It’s just a bunch of half finished work that is being run as a hotel. It was ok for the price. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Do not stay at this hotel. It’s under construction and our room was covered in chalky white powder/dust. The beds were made and it had clean towels, but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, fridge wasn’t clean, and tub was dirty. I was told the hotel is low staffed, which I understand given Covid. The man at the front desk was nice and apologetic. But whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed. The “breakfast” consisted of muffins and open cereal, a gallon of milk for all hotel guests to share, and a bottle of orange juice drink for all to share. Covid protocols were out the window. I felt like I was on a construction site. I was displaced for the night due to tornados knocking out my power, and other hotels were twice the cost. I guess I got what I paid for. Never again.

This property is a fixer-upper that needs major renovations, and everything looks very run down. I think at about $100/night price that I paid you would expect alot more. This place provided a $30/night experience.

This property did not disclose at all they are renovating and the dining area and pools are out of service. We did not get greeted by any staff when arriving for 30 minutes. We spent 6 hours driving here and were very upset. The room was somewhat clean but the ac unit in the room hardly worked. Very very unhappy with our stay here.

I didn’t even stay here because I did not feel safe with my family. It’s in a very secluded area away from people, lots of construction, and pool amenities are NOT available. The room windows were tapped up and most of the hotel is blocked off. I do not recommend this property, .

Breakfast or dining area is closed for renovation. Other areas are unfinished. Outdoor pool is not opened. Indoor pool is ok. Hot tub is pleasant. The bed was clean, carpet had spots on it. Overall experience is ok, probably after renovation will be good.

I liked that the hotel is in a nice area & when you walk in the lobby looks clean & nice, even though there’s construction in the works. The biggest disappointments were when we got to our room! The carpet was filthy, the smell was disgusting! The garbage can was gross & there were plenty of stains on the linen on both beds. The clock didn’t work & paper was in the crack of the nightstand & dresser to keep the drawers closed! The older lady housekeeper wasn’t friendly until it was check out day!

Very well located and convenient to hospital. There were restaurants available. Very spacious room. It’s under renovation and a good place for safety.

Although there was some construction going on the staff was very polite me is very helpful and we plan on staying there again in the future

The staff was really nice to us. However , this place is being remodeled. Once you walk in, Half the lobby is covered by clear wrap. As you walk down the first floor; there’s bad painting, room numbers are wrote with marker, bad smell, really dark. But that’s not even the worst part. The pipes busted. So when we were walking through the main door we had to severely walk slow because of all the ice but watch our head from the pouring water coming out of the ceiling. And lucky for us, another pipe busted outside our room. So we enjoyed water all in the hall way leading up to our room. They did move us the next day to another room.

The hotel is going through a remodel of sorts but was still very clean and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was at check-in there was some kind of glitch regarding my reservation on the orbitz side. The young man who was working the desk didn’t skip a beat. He was super nice and professional the entire time which made a frustrating moment a lot easier. I saw him a couple more times during my stay and he was friendly and professional and we ended up having a wonderful conversation during a towel exchange. I wish I had gotten his name as he is well deserving of 5 stars. Thank you!!

This hotel would have been very nice. A bit misleading as the hotel is currently under construction and a majority of the amenities are not available at this time. Overall, my stay was pleasant but just think that for the time being, it should be advertised that these things are not available due to the hotel being under construction

No pool. No hot tub. Electricity was off the day of check out. Still waiting on our money that was required for deposit. No maid service was there for three days.
