This hotel shouldn't be on orbtiz. Carbon Monoxide.I was left homeless in St. Louis. I went to go to my dad furneral. Purchase hotel and ticket together to secure a place to stay. Was kicked out from the for department for Carbon Monoxide along with every hotel guess only to get your room credited to a card. I ended up with strangers who took me in. Hotel staff was rude. Plus it wasn't even the same name and ran by locals who don't even wear uniform. I thought maintenance was a street persin. But I ended up being one. So Happy to be Alive. I didn't know who to contact, orbtiz or hotel again . Orbtiz sold me that hotel.

The room was clean but the WiFi didn’t work. We didn’t have a car so we planned to have drinks and dinner and the bar wasn’t serving alcohol. roaches were in the lobby area also. The shuttle service was the only nice part of the stay.

Really convenient shuttle service nothing fancy just a straight up airport hotel the pool looked tempting thought.

No wifi, second building too far away, no parking, toilet clogged- room ok. You get what you pay for.

Reasonably priced hotel closed to the airport with prompt shuttle service. Hotel staff was pleasant. Recommend for a short stay.

Hotel was old and dated and it smelled the part. Beds were comfortable and the location to the airport was convenient though.

I wasn't there very long, but the time I was there it was fine. I would stay here again.

Hotel was good for the price i paid for the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. From outside it didnt look that great but the room was comfortable. Overall i would recommeded who is low on budget but need a good hotel.

Just a dingy, nasty old hotel and the hallways smelled. I've stayed in worse but this hotel needs to be leveled and turned into a green space. I am sure I picked up bed bugs there

Heavy renovations. No pool as promised on website. Very rude manager and front desk staff.

owner is a horrible.....charges $25.00 for early and just one hour later checkout. very unfriendly not exactly guest service quality. the room was NOT vacuumed. there was trash plainly visible on the floor between beds and night stand. example: candy wrappers, size of band-aide box on floor, large candy straw. all totally visible to a housekeeper. do not understand. chairs in room totally stained spotted.

Nice location, but the room was not clean. The bathroom shower curtain was dirtt, thw towels smelly, the alarm clock not wprking, tv amd cable were not plugged in. No HD chammels.

we were put in a part of the hotel that was under construction - looked terrible room was ok but felt not clean - sheets itchy - carpet dirty

Given a number to call when we arrived at the St. Louis airport since it was in the middle of the night. Called that number and we were told by the gentlemen who answered the phone to catch a cab if one was there. My FREE shuttle as was advertised cost me $20 since the cab driver didn't know where the hotel was even though it was less than a mile from the airport!! I had to tell home where to go after he whizzed by the exit and had to drive several extra miles to get back to the exit. What a joke!

The BEST things about this hotel are: the excellent shuttle service and drivers to and from St. Louis airport the proximity to the airport very quiet great shower head The elevator was out of order The hotel smelled and felt very humid and moldy There was a stain, which looked like either dried seamen or blood on the chair The sheets, on the bed, were thread bare and smelled. The blanket was stained and dirty. I was itchy all night on the bed. The rug was uneven and I was afraid I would trip on it. Over-all, it was NOT a good experience.

Due to my flight cancellation, we booked the hotel right on the day of our stay. No hassle to get the last-minute booking. It was nice to be picked up by a free shuttle. The shuttle buses to and fro were not as clean as I likeed to see but drivers were friendly. The hotel lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. But our room was not too impressive. The water faucet was partially broken and the shower was not new. But all was functional! To the lovers of Indian food, a nice surprise was an Indian Restaurant, Indian Palace, on the 11th floor of the next building. We walked to the adjacent building and rode an elevator to the top floor for a great view to the airport and wonderful food. I understand that the hotel and the restaurant are not under the same ownership. I may choose this hotel again in my future travel because of the easy access to the restaurant:).

We thought we were safe by booking a middle-of-the-road hotel by the St. Louis airport... Boy, were we wrong. We got in around 9PM and it took over 10 minutes for any staff to check us in. My husband hauled all of our stuff into the room assigned to us (BEWARE, there is no elevator) to find that the room was trashed. It had not been cleaned and it was a mess. He went back downstairs to the lobby to have this issue resolved and found out that another couple who checked in when we did had the same dirty room problem. It took almost 20-30 minutes to get another room assigned to us. We hauled all of our luggage from the dirty room into... the HOT room. The AC unit was dismantled and nonfunctional. In August. In Missouri. Cue another 10-plus minutes for us to get moved to our third room of the night. At that point, we didn't care that the room was outdated and dingy, we just needed to go to sleep. Oh, it may also be important to mention that around 1:30AM, my husband and I were suddenly awakened to the sounds of someone entering/trying to enter our room. My husband jumped up out of bed quickly enough to see our room door shutting. Such a restful environment! Seriously, worst hotel experience ever. Would not stay there again even if it were complimentary.

I was at this hotel for 2 nights. The WI-FI not working. One of the beds was missing the blanket. The bathtub drain was clogged. From the toilet emanated sewer smell. Breakfast was very poor - the quality and the variety. The second day I requested a change of room, the accommodations were better, but not great. I had made my reservations weeks ahead of time. I should have been given more consideration. I had gotten a good price from Orbitz, but even the price could not compensate for the difficult night which I suffered at this 2nd class hotel.
