WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Entering the home, you are greeted by the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. There is ample heating and cooling throughout the home with a Split System Air Conditioner in the living room, Ducted heating throughout the home and Ceiling fans in each room. The lounge includes large lush couches that look onto the TV with a sound bar. The fully-fitted-out kitchen includes all the appliances, cookware and crockery you need to whip up a meal. Including an Oven, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Coffee machine, Microwave and Toaster. Opposite the kitchen sits the six-seater dining table.
The Dining area then leads out to the Outdoor Entertainment area with a four-seater table and Coal BBQ, which can be opened to the front through the garage with two roller doors.
Off the Alfresco area is a Bungalow Bedroom, separate from the main house, this space has beautiful timber panelling along the roof which hosts another ceiling fan above the king bed (there is a portable heater available in the bungalow).
Heading back inside and down the hallway, you have the three other bedrooms; the two bedrooms to the rear of the home include Queen beds with built-in robes. The main Bedroom hosts a Queen bed, TV, dresser, Built-in Robe, bedside tables with lamps and separate access to the Main Bathroom. All beds include freshly laundered quality linen and bath towels for each guest.
The Main bathroom includes a wide vanity, large mirror, bathtub, and shower. There is a separate toilet and Laundry with a washing machine & trough.
Park stress-free inside the secure garage, on the driveway and additional cars can park on the street for free.

Located on Old St Leonards Road, the home is surrounded by beautiful Reserves, Parks and just a three-minute drive or twenty-minute walk to the Beach and Main St Leonards Strip. St Leonards is a peaceful and safe town where you can enjoy a stroll around the Lake Reserve and play on the Playground, Basketball Court, & Skatepark.
Grab the necessities at St Leonards IGA and the Pharmacy. Then have your pick of dining in at St Leonards Hotel, Le Chix Restaurant Cafe or Two Daughters Café & Bar. Or have a picnic by the beach grabbing fish and chips from The Golden Flake or comfort food from Blue Seas Burger and Pizza, and finish up with dessert at Lenny’s Ice Creamery.
Explore the Bellarine Peninsula further! Take the kids for some extra fun at Bellarine Adventure Mini Golf (18 Min Drive) or Adventure Park (20 min drive); visit Portarlington Pier and grab some Daniels Donuts (13 min drive).
Golfers, play a round at St Leonards Golf Club or one of the renowned Clubs along the Bellarine, like Portarlington Golf Club (11 min drive), and Curlewis Golf Club and Driving Range (15 min drive).

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and its surrounds. There are buses about a 3-minute walk away along Murradoc Rd where you can catch Route 60 Geelong Station – St Leonards via Portarlington.
You can also call a Taxi and order Ubers to the area, but they may not be nearby.
