This property was 100% as advertised. Secluded, quiet, peaceful, and spacious. My family of 5 and our friends family of 3 had plenty of room. It's definitely 5 stars!

Great Rental!

The property was fantastic! Perfect accommodation for our family + 2 dogs! Large rooms, table games, and pool were hits. Very clean, especially for a pet friendly listing! Host strives to provide everything needed/desired for a home away from home and responds quickly to any communications. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place! We had lots of space for our family, especially our 2 year old Granddaughter. Was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us! Eric, our host was great! He responded quickly and was friendly and helpful. We added on to our stay and were very thankful how helpful Eric was. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Pleasantly surprised!

This property is absolutely amazing (better than the pictures) and the house was so unique and private. From the moment we turned into the private driveway we knew we were in for a quiet, beautiful stay of respite. The location was great the supermarket and great restaurants all within a 10 min drive. We truly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning again. Eric was a great host!

quiet hideaway

The location is wonderful if you want to get away. only five minutes from a ton of restaurants and shopping, but in the quiet woods. Layout is great if you want kids on the other side of the house from adults. HUGE living area merged with the kitchen and Florida room. Clean and nice. Wish we could have seen the lake beyond the pool, but too many trees. VERY relaxing and excellent layout. very communicative host. Will visit again.

Sister Get Together

Three sisters from Tennessee visited our fourth sister in Jacksonville, FL. The home was perfect for a family visit and just hanging out. It felt very quiet and private. The pool was great for our nieces and several enjoyed the various games on site. The location was perfect for our family in town. I love the open spacious feel of the entire home. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home - Peaceful setting

LOVE this home! Five stars in cleanliness, decor, location and everything else. It is a spacious pool home on a small pond, surrounded by woods but close to everything. It is spotless, with all necessities provided, comfortable furniture and beds and decorated beautifully. Communication with property manager was quick with all questions answered. Will definitely come back for another visit.

Great place for a girls retreat!

We took a group of foster moms to a conference in Fruit Cove. I did not want to stay in a hotel but a fun house where the moms could relax and enjoy spending time together! This was the perfect place for that!! The swimming pool, the games, the beautiful kitchen and the great hang out places! Plenty of room for all of us!! Located very close the church that was hosting the conference. Very private and secluded even though it was right off the main road. If we attend conference again we will definitely stay here again!

The Manor at St. John's

The Manor was fantastic and beautifully decorated. The house, itself, is secluded, but w/in a few miles of everything you could ever possibly need (fine or casual dining, groceries, liquor store, shopping, etc).The pool is fairly large and heated, so you can swim in slightly cooler temperatures. We wished it was a bit warmer outside so that we could have enjoyed it more. If you have kids, they'd have a blast swimming anytime of the year. The Manor is perfect for large families. The layout is fantastic. The kids' sleeping area (bunk bed room) is on one side of the house and the adults (other 2 bedrooms) are on the other side of the house. A very spacious living area and kitchen are centrally located between both sleeping areas. The coffee station is adorable and the nicest touch was a canvas of the original Maxwell House plant above it. (Chef's kiss to the attention to small details.)The customer service is exceptional! They were available at all hrs and responded to us w/in seconds of us messaging. We had a very peaceful visit and would definitely recommend booking a stay.Erin & Dave Files
