Incredible views, well appointed furnishings both indoors and outdoors. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pool and beach towels and beach chairs . Lovely heated pool. Great outdoor bar area and shaded seating area. Kitchen had everything we needed. We booked on vrbo through Unique Island Assets and they responded to all questions promptly. I highly recommend.

Very nice property that worked well for a large extended family. Responsive management that helped with island information and any on-site issues. Beautiful views, good amenities like two full refrigerators, lots of cooking equipment and beach towels, chairs and coolers. Very quiet as well. Thanks for a lovely trip location.

Absolutely perfect!

The house is huge and spacious and well stocked with everything you could need. They even supplied laundry supplies! The view was amazing. It makes the drive up to it worth it.

Beautiful!

Our group of 9 adults had an amazing stay! There are wonderful spaces inside and out for hanging out together which is a main criteria I look for in a vacation rental. Beds were comfy! We cooked dinner most nights of our trip and found the kitchen to be exceptionally well stocked!The views were amazing! Would definitely stay again if returning to St. John's.

We had a wonderful experience at Villa Paneche. The views were unbelievable. The home was spacious for 12 adults. I would highly recommend this location for a large group. We would stay there again. Our host met us downtown and drove us to our home and then gave us a quick summary of details for the week. Kitchen was enormous and had plenty of room and every cooking utensil you would need.

What a view!

Property manager met us at the car ferry and drove us to the property. Property was beautiful! House was very well stocked and clean. Anything we needed was quickly attended to. Can't say enough good things about our stay. You will not be disappointed!

I can’t express the beauty of this home. There was none of us that stayed, and every single one of us could not believe the beauty of this place.Hands down, I believe is one of the prettiest homes in the view is absolutely breathtaking.We wanted to stay there forever!Best experience ever give them a call!

The Best Birthday!

We went on this trip for my birthday and 2 of my best friends birthdays. My husband and I have been to St. John numerous times but, most of the people we were with had spent minimal to no time there. Everyone left all the details of our trip up to me. Needless to say I felt a lot of pressure. Well, I can say the vacation was a success!!! Everyone absolutely loved Villa Panache! The pictures on VRBO actually do not do the villa or the view justice. It is beyond breathtaking or as one of my friends said “this doesn’t suck!” Every room has a view! We had the bedroom with the outdoor shower. The view was incredible. There was absolutely no reason to shower inside and that bathroom is beautiful too! Jared and Keri with Unique Island Assets were awesome! Anytime I emailed Keri she responded right away. So if you are trying to decide on a home…look no further
