Overall the place was just okay. It didn't start out great either. We had the wrong code given to us so after 30 minutes on the phone with someone and several different codes given to us to try we finally got in. Not a good first impression.Other things that weren't very good were:1. The garage door wouldn't open so we had to manually pull the cord to open it. 2. There was hair on the sides in one of the showers suggesting it hadn't been cleaned3. Several of the ceiling fan remotes didn't work4. The front porch light was missing a lightbulb 5. There were missing light bulbs in the kitchen6. The carpets are very dirty7. The ping pong table was in the garage so we had to move it before being able to park in the garage8. There was a protein shake mixer filled with stuff still in the fridge suggesting that the fridge didn't get cleaned out9. Sofa sleeper has a broken leg. We didn't need it but someone in the future might and they won't be able to10. Hot tub wasn't working which was disappointingThere were just a lot of things that weren't up to par for as much money as we paid. Small things that should be taken care of regularly and routine maintenance and cleaning.Having said all of that, it wasn't horrible and the location is great. It could be a really nice place to stay. It just needs to be taken care better. Thank you for letting us give our feedback. I hope it helps to make your property a more desirable place for people to stay.

Unit 31 is fairly run down. They suggest you document blemishes that you see so you don’t get charged for house damage. However there was too many to document. The garage door openers didn’t work. The porch light was out. So it made arriving after dark inconvenient. The bathrooms were fairly clean, and so was the kitchen. The place needed a good dusting. Setting my purse down on the coffee table sent dust bunnies flying and resulted in the bottoms of the bag being filthy. The ledges in the bathroom were terribly dusty as well. Things needed wiped down before setting out bathroom items. There show 76 pictures with the listing. But there are not clear maps or information to access these places. When txting with the host they were not friendly or helpful. So that was a bummer.

The condo was spacious and comfortable. Our check-in instructions said we had to go through the entire place and find damages and anything missing and document it all on a form in a folder. There was so much that needed to be documented that I finally asked the property manager for a list of what had been reported previously. She refused so I decided to just take photos and if we are accused of damaging anything I will produce photos to show that it was that way when we arrived. The carpet was stained and damaged throughout the unit. The walls were dinged, dented, and poorly repaired. Items were missing from the kitchen cabinets. A towel hook was pulled out from the wall. I came to St George to enjoy time with my family, not to do the job of the property manager documenting the problems with the unit.

If I could give zero stars I would. We walked into the property and it was not clean. The smell of amonia was terrible. There were stains on all of the furniture. There was a pillow that looked like it has some sort of bodily fluid on it. Maybe throw up? One of the pillows was torn. There was a clothing sticker on the bed frame. The carpet has many bleach stains and other stains that I am sure what it was. Urine stains around the base of the toilet. Yes, the beds were made but the home was just gross, stained, unmaintained and smelled bad. I contacted the management company and let them know that I would not be staying and that I needed a refund. We had to find a more suitable place for our family to stay. They said that they would review it and let me know. It has been a week and they have not given me a resolution. This is not a safe, clean or well maintained property. There were no reviews on vrbo so I had no idea what I was getting into. The pictures were not a good representation of the condition of the property. I would not recommend this property.

Great for families!

The layout was great for our family gathering. The property was easy to access had what we needed for a.pleasant stay. The temperatures were unseasonably high in St George while we visited but having mini split air conditioners in each room kept us comfortable. The only downsides we experienced were the lack of parking (only 3 spots for our large group), the king bed I and my husband slept on was much firmer than our prefered light firmness, and the property welcome book lacked information about the amenities; such as how to locate the resort pool.

Had a great time!

This property was perfect for our large group of friends. The hosts were responsive and super easy to communicate with. The home was well stocked and clean.The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this place.

The good: Property is pretty nice and the heated pool and hot tub was awesome in the cooler November weather. The third level was great with being able to put kids by themselves. The beds are big and the pillows abundant however the mattresses are not pleasant to sleep on. Anyone over the age of 30 will most likely wake up with back pain after sleeping on any of the mattresses.

Nice place but disappointed in amenities

The house was nice and roomie but we were very unhappy with the amenities that were listed and not totally provided. The ping pong paddle covers were coming off and we only had one ping pong ball. I had to go out and buy some balls so we could play. We were promised access to the covered pool and grounds near the house we stayed at and found out when we arrived that the owner had cancelled his membership. We were very upset because that is what the grandkids wanted to do was swim. So we found a local Rec center and paid to swim. I asked if the owner would make that right, but never got a response. It cost us an additional 100 to do this activity when it should have been provided as discribed in the listing. We checked the listing and this information was still on the listing, that needs to be updated!! The tennis courts near were cracked and hard to play on, they've made nice pickleball courts, but for a tennis lover they were awful! Finally, the place was clean, but had stains in the carpets, but the worst was the dishwasher had BLACK MOLD, in it and it was disgusting. It was all over the bottom of the dishwasher and sides. The dishes smelled and would get mold washed on them. After we discovered it we had to wash the dishes by hand. They need to deep clean it or replace the dishwasher!

Good Family Gathering Place

Spacious home for our large family gathering. We gathered for Thanksgiving unfortunately, when we arrived we found a note attached to the dishwasher that it was not working. We were told by property management that someone would be out to fix it. Thanksgiving means a lot of dishes which we had to do by hand the whole three days were stayed. No one came to fix it.

Wonderful condo for a family group

We had a family reunion with our kids and grandchildren ranging from 2-10. The bedrooms with private baths worked great for couples and there were plenty of beds for others. Good gathering spaces also. The pool was nice.

Clean, comfortable a great place.

Had a good stay overall.POSITIVES: clean, nothing was worn or stained. Carpets were fresh, tastefully decorated. NEGATIVES: Beds were a-little too firm for us so we didn't sleep well. The a/c unit on the main floor never heated up so we were a-little chilly downstairs. Some of the dishes had to be washed before we could use them and the oven smoked badly. Internet was painfully slow. All relatively minor issues. If it weren't for the beds I would definitely stay at this unit again.sagain.

Huntsman Games Guests

With 7 adult women staying for a whole week it was important for us to have our own space as well as somewhere for all of us to hang out together and this unit was a great fit. We reported some issues on day one and they sent a maintenance person over right away. The location is nice and if you and doing things in St. George most places can be accessed within a 15 minute drive.

Great stay

Overall this was a great property. There were a few minor things that need attention, but overall it was great. Clean, spacious, beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked.

We came to a UTech vball team camp. The townhouse was spacious and clean. The decor was beautiful. The check out process was so slick and easy. They were quick to communicate. We look forward to staying again.

First Family Reunion

We loved this property for our first family reunion. We had 5 small families all in this beautiful condo. Each family had their own room and the kids were able to enjoy playing together and sleeping from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Access to the smaller pool and then access to the Las Palmas resort was amazing.
