Sunny walk out basement with private entrance - 30 day min
Great location in a quiet upscale neighborhood with large park just down the street. This unit is not the entire home but so much more than an apartment. Walk out basement, private entrance with a fenced yard for you to enjoy! Three bedroom, one bath, full kitchen and laundry room.
There is a large family room with 55" flat screen TV, sound bar and DVD player. A TV with XBox is also available (bring your own games). We also have one queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pans, Keurig, crock pot, waffle maker and juicer.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy all the comforts of home.
There is access to a community swimming pool nearby
