This stay started out bad and steadily got worse. This property has been our "go to" place whenever we needed to stay the night in St.George. The first few stays were exceptional. We loved the property, but last night was so bad we decided that this wOuld be our last stay. Lets start with the reservation. We asked for a king bed with a nice soft comfortable mattress. Upon arrival we were asked if we were familiar with the property to which we replied somewhat. The staff member gave us our keys. When we got to the room the first thing we noticed was the inside lock on the door was missing. Since the entry deadbolt seemed to function well we overlooked this issue. I can see I will run out of space for my review before being able to review I will now just list the problems we encountered. 1: Bedding was stained and dirty.It had not been changed. 2: The mattress was way too hard. It actually made a snapping noise when you sat on it and you could feel it give way. 3: When I called down to ask for the wifi log in, the woman who answered the phone rudely replied "Oh my gosh.". When I asked her to repeat the info she rudely snapped back and told me it was on our map of the property. I was not given a map of the hotel. 4: While trying to shower the next morning I discovered there was little water pressure. There are more items to report but space is limited here. Bottom line here is dont waste your money here. This is not the Red Lion quality that I have come to expec

Games and sports available are fun, but you do have to wait in line at the front desk to exchange equipment and use them, also the out door closes early. Pool is awesome, rooms clean, fun family place. Breakfast was sad, cold biscuits that are little squares.

Rooms were outdated but for the price cant be beat. Pool table's and pong pong and foodball avaliable and super fun. Pool and hot tub is lrerry cool and partly inside the hotel itself. Not blocked off in the usual. And pretty cool. Except for the allle juice and fresh waffle maker, breqkfast was pretty sparce, Some sausage. Scrambled egg. Toast, mini muffins, tater tots which were all just ok, carb heavy menu. But again for the price of the hotel, i was not disappointed but would love a fruit choice. Cute little juice machine and coffee available. Staff was friendly and helpful, I would stay here again. Though beds are very soft and could use an update, i woke up with a backache. But Im probably getting old.
