The house was nice but they have some basic wear and tear items that need to be gone through to make it nicer. - Casita shower head was kinda broken unable to adjust it really. Felt like it was broken or lose inside the wall. - Casita bath faucet cold handle was lose and felt like it might be getting ready to break. The sink drain was broken and wouldn’t drain but after messing with it for a min I got it to work. - the hot tub was kinda dirty when we got there but the host got it serviced as soon as I let them know. The jets are weak and multiple missing head rests etc. - kitchen sink disposal air switch in the main house kept coming apart due to being installed incorrectly. And finally… I didn’t get a chance to count the rist bands for sure but I’m suspicious that I didn’t actually start out with the rist bands they claim I had and charged me 40.00 for at the end. Can’t prove it, had to pay it, but feel ripped off because I had mostly adult children there that claim there was never 18 rist bands in the main house. Love the desert color resort overall but may think twice about that particular unit next time.
