The house is situated in the heart of the historic downtown. The house is a well kept (clean) vintage house with modern decor. Beds are comfortable in the 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, one w shower/bathtub combo and one w walk in shower. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to our hosts for keeping the property nice

The property was in a perfect location for walking through the historic area of St. Augustine.House was very clean and the property manager was very responsive when we reached out. We would definitely stay there again.

WOW! A FANTASTIC property!

We loved the property and the location of the property. It truely is "walk to EVEYTHING". We had an amazing 3 days in St Augustine. We will DEFINITELY be back! I have saved this property as a favorite to book again!

Location, location!

Location was great! Fun to sit on the porch and visit with passer-byes. Certainly not with our group, but the bathrooms were upstairs so if navigating stairs is a concern, the other unit might work better. Would certainly stay there again.

Great Stay/Great Location

Our group stayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The location was absolutely perfect. Extremely easy to get around town from this location.Daniel was a great host. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. The house was clean and in great condition. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and house!

The location is by far the best so far of all the places I have stayed! It’s convenient to everything in the historic district and the neighborhood is quite. The property was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the layout was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again!

The house is well appointed and accurately depicted. Above all these things is its location. We loved being able to walk everywhere, and yet have our own place.

I was surprised that there was no oven and we could not get the upstairs tvs to work however the house is so conveniently located to all the restaurants in walking distance and we stayed so busy that we didn’t need tv so it did not matter.

Quaint and picturesque - wonderful for the holidays

The house was wonderful for our family during the holidays. You can’t get much closer to walking distance to the old town and St George street. Be aware because the house is so close to the historic district, parking is extremely limited. Highly recommend!

Great location!

This was a great location to arrive and then walk everywhere. We really enjoyed the town and convenience of where we were. It was nice having enough space to hang out together as a family in the evenings but then separate space and privacy for sleeping. It’s designed well for little stops between meals to cool off or read but then back out for dining.

Location Location Location!

This amazing house is located just a couple of blocks from St George St. The house is adorable and clean. It was nice to sit on the porch and balcony. We left the car in the parking garage and walked everywhere. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Great Location

Walking distance to everything! We rented for a wedding at The Treasury and were able to get to everything very easily. There was also a parking pass that made parking our car in a nearby deck very easy.
