The property was sufficient for our needs. It was clean. One area of concern was that the sliding back door was difficult to close.I'm not sure it closed at all. It needs some updating with that. The area was safe. The beach was beautiful and the pool with the hot tub area was great for the kids. Good location. Great breakfast spot nearby. Of course St Augustine nearby with lots to do in the town.
