Welcome to our beach house! This new construction home is ideal for fun and relaxation. On the ocean side of A1A, this 3 level house sleeps 14. Take a dip into the heated pool under the shady palm trees and clean turf backyard. Several balconies make for tons of outdoor space and the elevator means no lugging suitcases upstairs. There are king beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 twin-over-full bunks in the 5th.

A brand new 2025 6-seater golf cart is included free of charge with the house. This can be driven to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, parks, etc.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
