Staff were very friendly! Requested adjoining rooms because we had minors, they were able to give us rooms next to each other instead. Rooms were supposed to have two doubles and one sofa bed, each room had no sofa. Rooms were big.

Room was clean and staff was friendly but the fire alarm malfunctioned around midnight and everyone had to evacuate. Fire department still couldn’t get ialarm resolved after an hour so we left. It was also going off right after we checked in earlier that day. Air conditioning was super loud when it cycles off.

I reserved a room for my sister and brother-in-law for their 57th year anniversary and the rooms got kind of mixed up. I thought I booked a room with the walk-in shower after looking at the pictures on the room that I did book and come to find out it wasn’t so my sister and brother-in-law were switched about three times to different rooms. The rooms didn’t look like they portrayed them on the website. And I wanted my sister and brother-in-law to have a wonderful anniversary, but it turned out to be just OK. After seeing that the room wasn’t a handicap room, I asked if they could then place them in a room with walk-in shower, staff said ok , but that never happened. They place them in a room with regular tub but placed a shower chair inside of the tub. I explained to staff that she is a fall risk and shouldn’t be trying to step over in the tub. After going thru all that, the manager wouldn’t even refund me back the money for the remaining g stay so I could place them someplace else. It’s a long story. There was one young lady that helped me out tremendously. My sister says she even cane up to the room where they were to make sure they were OK. I really appreciate her and I feel like everyone working at that front desk should be just like her because she was very attentive, apologetic and she made me feel much better than I’d felt since they’d checked in. I’m afraid that I won’t be sending them back for another stay.

The room was clean and a good size. We purchased the breakfast for $16 each and it was definitely not worth it! $32 for two people to each what most hotels give you for free.

Rooms have gone down hill. Not as clean and nice as they used to be. Daily maid service a joke, didn’t empty trash or even make bed. Flooring in hall is soft and mushy, you sink into it when walking. Front desk staff was good, but time to find a new hotel in this area.

The room was very nice overall, the staff was nice and helpful. There are some things that are a bit run down in the bathroom and the door was hard to close. I hated having to slam it and make noise. Otherwise, nice large room, good bed, good amenities.
Just needs a little TLC in places.
