we enjoyed the kitchen during our stay. It was incredibly nice and well-organized, and it had all the essentials we needed.I wanted to share that they responded very quickly to our request to fix a detail. They have maintained excellent communication and provided very detailed instructions for our check-in and check-out, which is very important to me.

Nice winter beach getaway

The house was quiet and peaceful with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was easy to cook in although I would have liked a few more kitchen tools and bowls and pots/pans. But I love to cook…It was easy to get into town and all of the locals were very friendly!

A great place to stay

We are two couples in our seventies who found this property to be just as advertised. It was clean, tidy and reasonably priced. There was plenty of space and communication with the manager was simple, timely and effective. We would choose this rental again.

Spacious and comfortable

Our family had the most fun and relaxing time at this sweet property. Very clean, stylish, cozy, and quiet. We happen to need assistance during our stay, and received prompt and consistent guidance. We will most certainly be back to stay again soon!

Clean and roomy.

Clean, easy access. Long hallway from living room to kitchen. Nice back porch. Comfortable bed for my low back issues. Decent furniture on front porch.

Cute cottage

Looks are deceiving on this cute cottage! Once you open the front door the entire house is updated super clean and inviting. It’s close to downtown . Our only complaint is patios need to be their next project! Would definitely stay there again

Just a Little More Effort to Be Nice

Clean open space between front family room area back to kitchen. Granite countertops giving a little updated feel. Some issues we brought up included leaking faucet, broken toilet seat, missing front shade pull, moldy back deck chairs, very low quality mismatched dishes, cookware, utensils. They did try to fix the leaking kitchen faucet, but remained an issue. They tried to fix the broken toilet seat by cutting off the end of a branch in the back yard using a kitchen butter knife (and put back into drawer without cleaning) and wedging that branch into the connecting toilet seat which lasted until first use. Quiet location off busy street (that is challenging to make a left turn towards town) and is near water area, with no access or trails. Advertised security gate entrance was broken entire month.
