This Comfort Suites Hotel we chose to stay at for 2 nights while celebrating my Wife's Birthday, in St. Augustine. The Hotel was immaculate with well working amenities. The greatest thing about our stay here were the extremely friendly and very helpful Staff. Our room had 2 queens and a spacious sitting area with a desk, swivel chair, Sofa and coffee table. The bathroom was very clean from the ceiling down to the floor. We checked in about 4:30 with the 2 gentlemen behind the desk. Forgive me for not writing down their names or my misspelling of some of the other staff. They were courteous and professional. They wished my Wife a sincere Happy Birthday. We bought Old Town Tour Train tickets from them for our 2nd day and explained how it works also. They gave us a couple of Restaurant recommendations and we chose Schooner's and we're very happy with that. The next morning we were greeted enthusiastically by Amy the manager, and Krystalin (?) as we went for their provided Breakfast. Again a very clean and neat setup. Staff service again was spot on. After we returned Sunday early afternoon from sightseeing, I had some questions about Restaurants and the Tour Train. The 2 ladies Naomi and Krystalin (?) again very helpful. When we returned after lunch they surprised my Wife with Birthday greetings, a gift and a Birthday plaque. It brought tears to my Wife's eyes. Naomi called the Shuttle for us to take us to the Train Tour

So terrible. The toilet was broken in two when we checked in and they didn't fix it. The phone didnt work and the front desk just told us to use our cell phones. The room was dirty. We had a family emergency and had to leave right away, the manager refused to speak with us at first, then came out from his office and was so dismissive and rude. We left after one night and he refused to refund us for the remaining days. Now we have to try to file a claim to get our money back. Don't stay here, literally stay anywhere else.

Staff was very friendly and Extremely accommodating at all times. From constantly checking in asking how our stay was going to being our go to for condiments because my son can never have enough ketchup! Free transportation right across the street, to and from the visitor center, leading to us not having to fight through traffic and/or pay for parking was simply a no brainer. Everyone was TRULY amazing but I remember Amy helping with our tour for Ghost and Gravestones. I was unable to find anything by the time I tried to book and simply along her if she knew of a tour got is all set up!! A big thanks on behalf of me and my family, room 332 from this past week. We loved our stay and will be back!

It was just my husband and I in a 1 king bedroom. Room is very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom also good size. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, waffles (you make them yourself), toasts, bagels, juices, coffee and hot chocolate which they had them hidden. You had to ask for it. We stayed for 2 nights only 12/30/25 to 1/1/26 and paid $588. Which I found was not bad as is only 10mins to downtown and George st. There is a complementary city bus that stops every 15 to 20mins right behind the hotel. It takes you to the visitor center in downtown and pick you up there as well back to the same place. This was excellent service. I would stay there again. Just a couple of suggestions. When you have rooms that face the roadway and or railroad tracks, can you please consider moving the bed closer to the inner wall instead of by the window to catch all those sounds. The only other thing was the vent in the bathroom didn’t work that well. But again, overall a nice stay.
