There was no room service. I booked the room for 5 days, and it does not include the room service for short days, seriously? What is considered a long day? Our room was dirty for the 4 days, except for new towels. The night Front Desk was extremely rude. The experience was not bad, but they must check the room services.

Staff was very kind and helpful when our travel plans failed. Our plane landed very late and we could not check in until after 3am. Area was quiet and clean. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to spruce up your very carb filled breakfast with some other options. Bisquits and waffles do not work for people who do not eat carbs. We were there for 3 days... no eggs in any form, no bacon ... just waffles and gravy biscuits every day.

The staff was courteous and the room was cleaned. Excellent location; a place when many families spend the time together. I would replace the microwaves in room and the coffee maker as they were not cleaned and looked very old. I also would suggest to add another waffle maker in the cafeteria to ease the line in the morning. Overall, we had a comfortable experience.
