Short overnight stay, just what we needed. Just needed a room for a night and it was clean and convenient.

An average hotel which was run down. The staff was friendly and the rooms were quite.

Well located right off the highway with easy access to beaches, restaurants and services. Dog friendly, the area is also very dog friendly, includes beaches and transportation. Try Caps Place a great restaurant 7 miles away.

Easy to check in. Room was clean. beds were just fine. Small pool area, but we went to the beach any way. Would stay again if the price was the same. Oh, the free breakfast bar was ok as free goes, but I think more effort to keep things hotter would have been nice, but the food was good.

The staff was wonderful and very understanding when we had to leave early due to my husband's illness.

the room was clean, thou the ref had leaked and the room smelled a little musty. The rate I paid was 70.00 per night, the sign they had posted said 56.99 including fri, sat . so felt over charged they would not give me a copy of my receipt

the first room's heater did not work so we were immediately switched to another room. This room was clean and comfortable. Staff was on top of everything..

I was a bit disappointed the room had a bad mold sell the beds were very uncomfortable basically did not get a goodnight sleep so I will not go back there that's for sure I believe that if you are paying 89 dollars a night you should at least get a goodnight sleep very disappointed

The rooms are a little dated but are clean and the staff was nice. The hot breakfast was a nice touch and the pool was brand new. Would recommend!

We went to visit St. Augustine for the 3rd time and we tried Quality Inn this time around. There is a short drive to the historic St. Augustine, but the hotel is within walking distance from the St. A. Outlets, looks pretty new and clean. The staff was nice and helfpul and the breakfast was a notch better than other places we stayed. I missed a fitness room, thus only 4 stars.

Two Nights Stay 1st night - Ice Machine broken w/no time for repair. 2nd night - Out all day touring "hot" St. Augustine. Came back and room was skipped for cleaning. No fresh towels or sheets.Tried to call front desk to complain - phone didn't work. Check out - Was told on previous night that I would get $10 credit for not having cleaned the room. Upon check out, was told they would have to mail me $10 check instead of taking it off my bill. When asked where they were going to mail it, they had the wrong address. I won't be back!

My husband and I visited St. Augustine for the Gator Farm and new zip line recently opened, which was a great time. The clerk at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Price was good compared to others in the area. Overall good trip.

It was nice for one night. King size bed was comfortable. We had a garden tub with jets that was relaxing. The only bad thing was the toilet or tub started running and leaked, soaking the entire bathroom and came through the wall onto the carpet during the night. That could have happened anywhere though. It was in a nice loaction right by the outlet malls.

see sight seeing

Hotel steff was plesant, room very good need to add of change selection of breakfast items

Easy Check in when you book on line. Pool was very small but had a nice deck. The room was ok nothing overly impressive. Breakfast was ok, again not too much room. Micro wave and fridge was good to have and the overall appearance was nice and clean.

In town we took the red train and should have experienced the trolly in stead as they were more frequent. Some of the infornmation given as to times that the builings were open where given after the fact... But all in all the day and town was great a lot to see in a short period of time.. Really need two days or three to do and see just the things on the list of 22 stops... and the town also went to sleep at 5 leaving nothing to do in the evenings...
