This 4th floor balcony suite is ideally located in the center of our oceanfront building and provides the simple luxury that so many are looking for. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view. The living room carries on the ocean vibe and has tiled floors, a queen sized sleeper sofa, comfortable chair and a 32" Flat Screen TV. The kitchen was recently updated with beautiful granite countertops with the standard kitchen amenities which includes a 4 burner stove top and oven. The bathroom offers a tub, vanity and mirror. The private bedroom is also has tiled floors and a King sized bed and a 20" Flat Screen TV. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and a phone.
