The area surrounding the property is gorgeous. The rooms could use an updating. The beds are double beds, not queen size. We had a gift shop charge that we did not make. The front desk also had two credit cards on file for us so they charged both of them. The problems were fixed and staff was very kind, but to have to make 3 calls to the hotel for issues after our stay was just a headache.

IMAX movie on property. Great golf course & of course Bill Murray’s caddy shack restaurant

This is a very nice place to stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. It’s a short walking distance to the World Golf Museum and also the golf course. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place very clean and staff was amazing the only thing lacking was food choices with the restaurants being closed due to Covid restrictions and them being short staffed but I would definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.

Love the area and the cleanliness of the hotel

Convenient to 95. Room looks out to the top of the convention center roof and all the air conditioners. Ugly!

Very nice peaceful location with comfortable rooms and a nice staff.

The exterior of the hotel was what you would expect from a Renaissance. The grounds appeared well kept and, overall in good condition. The interior, however, left some to be desired. Our room, despite being $250.00 per night, was not any better than a Holiday Inn Express. The room was just a room with generic amenities that you can get almost anywhere for half the price. The shower in the room was dirty. Under the step into the shower was moldy and looked generally unsanitary. The bed was marginally comfortable. Again, something you wouldn't expect at the "World Golf Resort Hotel". One of the elevators was out of service for the entire stay so getting up and down was slow to say the least. Finally, we were charged $10.00 per night to park our car. The parking was limited and we were forced to park a long way from the hotel entrance and walk in the rain back to the hotel. It seems that I could've walked in the rain for free.

Great place to relax. Staff also is awesome. No issues

I was disappointed in the hotel for it being a Marriott. The pool did not look like it had been skimmed in days with dead knats and bugs in it. The web page said that the restaurant was open but it was not. The staff at check in does not tell you what they are and are not doing amenities wise. Door to our room stuck and needs tightened or shaved down.

Fellow fixing the cable outage 👍 wish italian restaurant was open

Excellent property for the price. Staff was friendly

We went because my daughter was getting married. When we got to the facility they didn't have any amenities. Nothing was open including restaurant, bar etc. We had to go out for breakfast & nothing decent was close by so we ended up having burger king for breakfast which was disgusting. They didn't have housekeeping , our room was not ever cleaned or garbage taken out or bed made. I complained to front desk & they told me that because I booked through a third party that I have to check with them about a discount. I called up Orbitz & they then called the hotel & they told them that they can only take off $10 day. I was very dissapointed.I will never stay ther again.

great STAFF. I cant remember the young lady name that checked us in very polite and spoke every time she saw us. Great property to stay. Christian you are doing a great job. thanks for everything.

Like the structure and location Do not like the $7 parking surcharge Breakfast was good
