The elevator not working for the amount of people that were present over the weekend was a huge hinderance. At one point it took us 20 min to get upstairs and then the key didnt work. For the amount of money per night, not worth it

All of the staff were very courteous. However only half of the elevators were working. There was 1 elevator stuck on each side, which made it very difficult and inconvenient especially at check out time. There were no inside stairs, only the emergency exit stairs which led outside to use while carrying several heavy bags and a toddler. Our room didnt have any tissues stocked during check in, and didnt get refilled when they came for housekeeping services. There was also a pair of used socks and a plastic grocery nag underneath the bed, which leads me to believe that they did not thoroughly clean the room beforehand. I enjoyed staying on site with the venue for our event so I woud probably stay here again but would hope the elevator issue was fixed and that the room would be clean and fully stocked.

There was no room service, they never answered our phone call after 20 minutes of trying. A guest was yelling in the lobby after midnight. Multiple guests yelled for them to quiet down and there was no effort from the lobby staff for them to be quiet. I called down to see if there was a policy about quiet hours which was replied no. The bathroom had water damage all over, the wall paper was stapled to the wall and the toilet was not stable. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were nicer. ALSO, there was no microwave. All in all do not recommend, will not be back. Find the Hilton down the road.
