10/10 Excellent!!!What a great week we had in this St Augustine Condo. Everything was exactly as described and the condo was very spacious for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! The beds were comfortable and every room had a ceiling fan. The large outdoor patio was awesome….walk right out to the pool or to the short path to the beach. They even provided beach towels!!!! This condo is close to great restaurants and shopping. If you are thinking about it….book this condo!! You will not regret it!!! We will definitely be booking another vacation here!!!

The place was beautiful and we absolutely loved staying here. The company we booked through was on top of it all and made the whole process amazing. Only complaint was the floors were very dirty and some other areas could have used a better cleaning. I mentioned the dirty floors in a message to the host and they immediately offered to send the cleaning crew back out which I very much appreciated. We were happy with our stay and will be back.

Wonderful

This was our second year visiting Oceans 20 and it was just as convenient and enjoyable as the first time. Water pressure is great, beds are comfy and there is a fan in every room. Kitchen was fully stocked and the communication/updates from itrip were great. Would recommend bringing extra socks because like any beach house, it gets sandy! Overall a great time.

Perfect stsy

Not only is our unit at Ocean villas, lovely and very well appointed, but the staff has been wonderful. We really haven’t needed anything, but if we had the slightest question, they got back to us immediately. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make her stay comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better.

Excellent Rental Experience. Very clear instructions. Proactive & Responsive Communication. Extremely clean and well furnished 3BR / 2 BA First Floor Condo. Large furnished outdoor patio. Steps from the pool and so close to the beach walkover boardwalk. Grounds were well maintained. All of pictures were accurate and the unit’s amenities and finishes were as described. Great central location on Anastasia Island with easy access to local restaurants and activities while only being a few minutes drive to Downtown Saint Augustine. We will be booking this unit again next year. Thanks for a great trip.

Amazing long weekend!

The location is perfect. The vibe is relaxing! We came down for my niece's graduation from UF, 3 generations for a long weekend. Easy walk to the beach - through the dunes, it's a bit farther than I thought but beautiful. The grounds of the complex are beautiful & relaxing, we sat on the patio with morning coffee listening to the birds and the pool features. We watched people walking by, and friendly dogs visiting. Everyone has been lovely that we've spoken with. The condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Books, puzzle, stocked kitchen, we only needed to buy our groceries. There is a great little ice cream shop nearby that we tried, grocery shopping nearby or Walmart just about 20 minutes away. Easy drive to downtown St Augustine or down to Flagler Beach. Thank you for being accommodating and being so responsive on our stay. We would definitely stay again!!!
