The condo was spacious and well decorated. The furniture was comfortable. Great location beachfront and close to stores and restaurants. Very pet friendly property with s gate on the back patio and designated dog walking area. The host was great. They sent clear directions and instructions and then checked in with us by text during the stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! Only thing is you can hear the neighbors above being a condo with a real thin ceiling. Early mornings were full of people stomping around on 2nd floor and dogs barking. Not ideal. That said, beach access was amazing and the unit itself is solid.

The condo was great! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family dinners. The patio is nice and spacious and great for dogs for it has a fence and gate which is why we chose it! Another family traveling with us had unit 25 next door which was also nice. Just know there is only a counter bar with stools inside and no table which was fine for us. Big table on the patio.Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the patio much because it was closed for stucco replacement. We learned there might possibly be work that needed to be finished the Wednesday before our trip and didn’t find out for certain until that Saturday we were to check in. We understand maintenance needs to be done but there wasn’t enough time to really make other arrangements. The text communication was courteous and immediate but would have liked to have talked to someone. The owners made it right in the end.Overall, the location, condo and property was great and we would definitely stay here again. I love that St. Augustine beach is dog friendly as well as the condo complex. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family here!

Wonderful vacation stay with family. Loved location with only steps to pool and ocean. Great to find beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs as well as beach toys for our use. Kitchen was great! Everything was great except the parking..we had to park off site..me and my husband,my son and daughterinlaw, my daughter and soninlaw. 3 vehicles 3 different arrival times 3 different departure times. Very inconvenient parking

Condo was as described. First floor, clean and nicely updated. Nice patio area that had a gate which allowed our dog to venture out, without being on a leash. We would stay there again if in the area.

Lovely condo on the beach

I stayed here with my mom and sister on a girls trip. The condo was easy to find, right on the beach, and was stocked with everything we needed. Cute decor and responsive owners. Place was very clean and comfortable, I would stay here again! The only negative is that it was on the ground floor where there were several AC units for the building just outside the bedroom I slept in, so it was quite noisy at night. But I just turned on a sound machine and it was fine. You couldn’t hear anything from the other bedrooms.

A beautiful Christmas in St. Augustine

Our stay at this condo over Christmas to be close to family in St. Augustine was excellent. Communications with the property manager was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions that made check-in a breeze.The condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The property is close to everything you’d want at the beach but far enough from the hectic crowds of downtown during St. Augustine’s Christmas Nights of Lights, with an easy Uber ride to get there when we wanted to.Spending Christmas here was truly special. We even brought our own Christmas tree to make it feel like home, and the condo was the perfect backdrop for our holiday.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay hope to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Augustine.
