We loved this hotel! We came to explore St. Augustine and also to visit the beach. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Breakfast each morning was great.

Room was clean and comfortable we did not have time to enjoy the pool or restaurants make reservations a couple of days in advance both restaurants on site are very popular. The bar was nice and short walk to beach and nearby restaurants.

We had a nice size room with a king bed. It was located at the front of the building so I was initially worried that there would be a lot of road noise, but fortunately that was not the case. We stayed there for five days. Upon arrival we noticed that the refrigerator wasn’t working in the room and we had medication that needed to go into a refrigerator. Emily at the front desk what time is immediately for us in a new refrigerator was provided that worked just fine. I left a note to the housekeeper, thank her for keeping the room, so neat and tidy, as well as giving her a nice tip because we really enjoyed coming back to the room each day to a beautiful room.

We liked the Art Deco style of architecture of the bulding, and a nice spacious and clean swiming pool. The room was clean when we arrived and staff maintaned it always tidy, clean and well supplied. The breakfast was decent and stations maintained clean. The bar and resturant were stylish and food in the restaurat was good and well presented. Vallet parking was easy. We would definitely stay again when visiting St. Augustine next time.
