Inside, an open concept layout with tile floors and high ceilings creates a bright, welcoming feel. The living area includes a smart TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, comfortable linens, and ample storage - a good fit for couples, friends, or families. This unit sleeps 4 guests. A pack-n-play and baby gate are also available.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. The dining table seats four, ideal for shared meals or morning coffee.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water.

Laundry & entrance
A washer and dryer are available. This unit has its own private entrance, separate from the downstairs unit - there is no interior connection between the two. Each unit sleeps 4, or rent Cordova A + B together to sleep 8.

A patio or balcony is available. Please note: this listing is for the upstairs unit only. The backyard is shared with the downstairs unit and is not private.
