Book this place

I booked this for my group of friends to stay at during St. Patrick’s day and it was great. Rooms were spacious, and could fit 10 of us. Definitely recommend.

Management was very quick to address any issues we had. The house was comfortable and clean and in a great location.

Thrilled we chose this home

We’re so happy we picked this place! The neighborhood it’s in is so charming, and you can walk to both the beach on one side or a couple really cool restaurants on the Bay side. House was super clean, with fun/stylish decor, and the host could not have been better. Great communication, great house… exceeded expectations! Will definitely book this home, and other homes by Overmoon, again!

House & decor seems newer. Check in was super easy. Kitchen was one of the kost well stocked ive come across in all the rentals weve booked. Coffee machine is drip though they provided kcups in addition to grounds. So maybe they did or will have one.

Hot tub didn’t work the entire time Couch inside was dirtier than the outside one No one refilled the master shower products No grass in the backyard for dogs, was asked prior if the yard had grass and was fenced and was told yes on both. Bbq grill still had dirty utensils on it
Cockroach in kitchen
No product refill on mstr bath
Gross dishwasher Coffee cup inside cabinet had a black hair in it so I rewatched them all
Inside couch was filthy

Perfect Beachy Getaway!

This was my husband and I's first time visiting St. Augustine and we were completely blown away by not only the area, but also the Overmoon property. The bright beachy colors were so inviting and fun. It was minutes from Vilano beach which we visited often. We had such a great time cooking waffles for breakfast and having dinners under the stars outside. We even had a relaxing time in the hot tub. Having a two month old can be tough with traveling and we were so pleased to have the beautiful pack and play with bassinet insert. We had the BEST time and I will forever recommend this home to my family and friends

Best Property Manager

I can't express how our group was impressed by this house. Thisbis a house that has everything, we rented houses before and from those experiences we pretty much pack the whole kitchen, but I was super surprised how the house was stocked, had everything we needed. The house was super clean and well maintained. The property manager was texting to confirm everything was ok. Im definitely renting from them again.
