Surf Crest Village #36 is a Pet Friendly beach house in a private oceanfront community in the heart of St Augustine Beach. #36 is close to the pool and pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. This beach themed 2-story home has a large upper deck and lower porch, and just steps from the beach walkway. The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, with living room, 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Smart TV's and wireless internet are included. The first floor has a living room, bath, a bedroom with twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed, and bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Upstairs is the 2nd dining area, kitchen, and the primary bedroom with a King bed and full bath . Head outside to the spacious patio/porch to enjoy the ocean breeze or just rinse the salt and sand off in the outdoor shower. Two #36 labeled parking spaces are provided. Surf Crest Village has a secured community pool, gated walkway to the ocean, and a gazebo. Pet allowed with breed and size restrictions. The house is great for vacationers who enjoy the privacy of a beach house rental with community amenities.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great place, very beachy look and feel. Lots of space for families. Love the top Deck to sit and relax on. Outdoor shower was so great after a full beach day. Love how pet friendly the community was too!

Perfect beach house

This place was perfect and we had a great time. It has the space and privacy of a house, I love that i got to bring my dog and she could chill on the balcony or the grass. It also has the convenience of a townhouse/condo community- super close to the pool and private beach entrance. It's close enough to ride bikes to the pier and a short drive to downtown. Plenty of clear emails about check in, what to expect, ect. I hope we go back!

Great for dog moms and dads

Visited St Augustine as a family of 5 with our two French Bulldogs. Great location to spend some time there in the summer. We have been there in December mostly to visit the old town so had to accept a little of a drive. We still enjoyed the stay - very quiet and kind of empty-ish at that time of the year. Enough space and well equipped.
