This 3rd Floor Balcony Suite Plus has everything you want and more. A great location on the 3rd floor, this condo has a lovely ocean view. There is a queen Murphy bed, a leather sofa and a huge 40" flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a 4 burner glass top stove with oven. Many upgrades are noticeable, from a glass top table to granite countertops. The bathroom is one of a kind, all tiled and with a walk in shower. The condo is also tiled throughout, even in the bedroom where the upgraded King Bed and 40" flat screen TV. This condo is a favorite among guests, it just might be your favorite too! NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Amazing getaway

We rented the condo for the weekend to celebrate my Daughter’s 13th birthday. Everything was clean and just as described. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the staff was so nice and helpful. If you are considering staying somewhere I would definitely recommend this place. We have nothing but happy memories, zero complaints!
