Welcome to incredible ocean views at Pier Point 57, your relaxation destination! This newly updated oceanfront condo was designed with the ultimate guest experience in mind! Pier Point South condos feature a meticulously maintained oceanfront pool, direct beach access, and incredible convenience to all the activities of the beach strip including the ocean pier and park where you can fish, play beach volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the splash pad. Favorite local eateries, coffee shops, as well as beach rental and beachwear shops are all within short walking distance.



Enjoy ocean and pool views from the open living area and the upstairs master bedroom. Take your favorite cup of coffee out to your private balcony where you can watch the sunrise, this is also the perfect place to enjoy a meal while taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Cook your favorite meals in the bright white, fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the table for great food and memories! The new sectional provides a comfortable seat for everyone in the living room to enjoy their favorite shows and movies on the large TV. You will also find a convenient half bath located on the first floor. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms outfitted with crisp white linens, and two bathrooms stocked with soft white towels. As you enter the master suite, you will find a washer and dryer available for use during your stay. The master suite is the perfect place to relax, featuring a comfortable king bed, a smart tv, and incredible views of ocean and pool! Pier Point 57 is a perfect location!!! Walkable to restaurants, shops and the pier! The balcony overlooking the beach is a perfect place for coffee in the morning and a nightcap in the evening. Plenty of space for a family of four. Beds are super comfortable and everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this location for couples, families and friend groups!

All around excellent! The location of this condo on the beach can’t be beat. We enjoyed waking to the sounds and breeze of the ocean and having the beach only a few steps away. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very close to excellent restaurants, ice cream and donut shops, and bicycle rental (the beach cruisers we rented were perfect for riding along the beach at low tide). Communication was excellent before and during our stay and response was timely. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo in St. Augustine. The view was beautiful, and the location was super convenient — close to restaurants but still quiet and private. We stayed at Pier Point 57 right in the beach. Great beach and pool. The condo had beach towels, boogie board, chairs etc. Two floor condo with bedrooms upstairs. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen needs. The pool was very clean and perfect temp. There are grills if you choose to use them. We loved going to the beach first and then the pool. The historic area was so nice with lots of restaurants. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Pros:Everything about our stay was great. Location is right on the beach, between a doughnut shop and a frozen ice/ice cream place. Unit was in great shape - clean and full of everything we needed. Property management was outstanding - great communications before and during. Was nice that they provide some basics like a starter coffee pack. Also great that beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Would absolutely stay here again.Cons:The only con was we were only there 3 nights.
