Good location for St. Augustine. Amenities are great! Everything was clean and in working order. Fast response from host. Front and back porches were nice to enjoy. Did need to clean off the seating though. Would recommend.

It was exactly what they posted on VRBO. There were minor physical things that were brought to the owners attention. Neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. I understand I got what I paid for; it would have been nice to at least one Lounge chair for sun bathing.

The hostess was dishonest and misrepresented the property perimeters. I have an ongoing case with VRBO pending. She was rude, and did not take responsibility for the misrepresentation but rather changed the information and denied that the original information existed. VRBO has proof of payment and screenshot of misinformation

The location was perfect for the second part of our honeymoon. Only minutes from everywhere we planned to visit. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part. The host was very kind and attentive. We would gladly stay here again.

What a great spot! So close and easy to get to the city, but the marsh view out the back makes the stay relaxing and quiet. We spent hours on the back porch and would definitely book this again.

Wonderful booking

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was close to downtown, the house was clean and the yard was clean for my pup. The house was great and communication was great and very prompt if we had any concerns or questions. I give this a very well earned 5 stars and we look forward to booking again in the future.

Best on the block!

We loved this Stay! We already love the neighborhood because we’ve stayed in rentals around the area before. It’s so very walkable and dog friendly! It’s quiet and shady,very nice neighbors! But this rental was by far the best! It felt like home! Clean, has all the little touches home would have! We loved the screened in porch, the way the main room and bedroom can be separate or one big space. Our dog seemed very comfy and cozy! The host, Lauren, was so fast and easy to communicate with as well! We’ll be back for sure!

Quaint, Cozy, and Quiet

Lauren was great with communication. The place was very clean. Very close to everything without being too close. It was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the mornings. Definitely a place we would consider coming back too.

Peaceful Stay

Great location! Quiet setting with everything one might need for a short stay. The interior is fresh and clean looking. For me the best thing was the air conditioner units:) We were very comfortable there. Hope to return again.

Quiet Resting Place and Easy Walk into Town

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the perfect size and accommodations for our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the evening.

Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of town

The house was great for just the 2 of us. Nicely furnished, nice nice bathroom & laundry. We didn’t cook but had a good selection of cookware. The back porch was cute. A 30 minute walk gets you downtown to several attractions. A short drive across the bridge gets you to the beach, although parking can be tricky. Overall great stay.

Sunshine and hospitality

Sweet cozy home that was close to the historic part of St. Augustine. Each evening a friendly squirrel would greet us on the back porch and Mr. Woodpecker entertained us. It was a charming house tucked away on a quiet street.The host was quick to get back with us concerning any questions.
