This unit needs some serious work. The pictures are very deceiving - this unit has absolutely no natural light, and though that is something they can't do anything about, I lead with that since the pictures make it look light and bright and clean! The home is in SERIOUS need of a deep clean and repair. All rugs need to be thrown away, they are nasty. The home smells like wet dog. The WIFI/cable didn't work until the evening of our last night there (stayed 4 nights), and I spent way too much of my own personal time trying to troubleshoot based on the management company's instructions. The owner/management company was very responsive so I won't dock them points for that, but seriously get someone in to do an overhaul on this unit!!! I will be sending a separate list to management for items they need to address. Though close to the beach and easy to get to the Amp from, I wouldn't recommend to others or stay here ever again. We had a safe place to sleep, that is all.

You can’t beat 1 and 1/2 blocks from the beach. It's all about location here! We had just purchased a home nearby and this was a great place to use as a home base while doing some work over there. Parking is right next to the unit on the ground floor and it was so convenient to have a washer/dryer right there, too! I cooked most nights and had plenty to choose from as far as cookware and utensils.

Only real issues were 1) Second bathroom shower curtain fell on me and would not go back up. 2) Door would not lock properly. 3) Dryer needs to be replaced.Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and would recommend!

Easy drive to beach and Saint Augustine.

My family really enjoyed this place. I was a little bit concerned booking it, but I had nothing to be worried about. It was a great place to stay especially if you have a Family Member that’s handicap accessible. It’s an easy drive to a handicap parking near the beach where they don’t have to walk all the way, which was exceptionally helpful. I also appreciate the fact that it was dog friendly, where my aunt could bring her small dog to the beach. My family also enjoyed the fact that there were beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon that we could take to the beach to carry all of our stuff. It felt like the owners really tried to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. We also enjoyed the beach towels as a lot of the stuff was already provided for us when we got there. Overall a great place. One of our favorite family vacations in a while who knows we might book this place again in the future. Five stars.

Great spot close to everything

This was a great place to stay with just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the shops in St Augustine. I like that is was away from the busy parts and the neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe! Overall a great stay. We will be back.

Super clean!!

The place was extremely clean and had so many things to offer. There were utensils to eat with and cook with, and they offered lots of beach equipment. It had great access to the beach and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Great place to stay!

College work week

Check in was difficult. The condo was clean. Poor lighting. Nice furniture and bedding. Very noisy air conditioner. You can hear upstairs neighbors moving around. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Bathrooms were clean but need updating. It was in a great location. Nice neighborhood.
