Our family had a great time. The house was clean and true to the pictures show. Location was great as it was easy to get to Downtown St Augustine, to the Publix and to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so it was quiet overnight. Owner was attentive and gave great instructions for everything around the home. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our trip so much! Location was perfect, 2 blocks from beach. The pool was wonderful and having a high chair to use was great! Will definitely stay again

We had a fantastic family trip and the 505 Beachside getaway provided a great home base. The house was clean and spacious and the kids loved the pool. Communication and check in was clear and easy. It was located so close to the beach and St. Augustine.

Perfect for a large group

This property was perfect for our group of 7. We never felt crowded and there weee plenty of beds and space! Highly recommend. The pool is great too and just two blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!

We grew up in Ponte Vedra but haven't made it back as a family in 20 years. This was a great place for us. In between St. Augustine and Jax beach. Everywhere we wanted to visit. The house was great and had everything we needed and modern. Neighborhood was quiet. The pool was awesome.

Saint Augustine BD Get Together

Spacious home with a lovely heated pool. It was a pleasant walk to the beach, Aunt Kate’s Restaurant and a short drive into Saint Augustine. We would visit there again.

Awesome place!

We did a staycation here and it was a great size for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and 2 dogs and we never felt cramped. It’s well done and had everything we needed! When we do a staycation again this will be it!!!

Great property , great quick stay! Only thing is the high cleaning fee shouldn’t be charged if you have to do most of the cleaning before leaving. Excellent communication with David.
