>> No pets allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.
>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout.
>> Max occupancy: 6. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit.
>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise.
>> The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered by damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors and extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates and doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts and omissions.
>> $500+ for plumbing misuse, including flushing anything other than toilet paper.
Code compliance with local noise ordinances is required. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and has great amenities. It’s close to both the pool and beach and there are lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. It was a wonderful getaway for our family and we’ll definitely be back.
Would definitely stay here again love how it's so close to the beach love the layout of the house. Everything was included that we needed. Would highly recommend 10.
Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beachfront Resort Getaway. The apartment's very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, truly a home from home in a lovely community. It's beautifully close to a great beach, and perfect for exploring St Augustine and its surrounding area. We loved our stay, wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it, and hope to return. The actual unit was nice, clean, well decorated, and pleasant. However there were a couple of items that made it less than ideal. First, the unit is fairly far from the ocean, which isnt a big deal, however.... the only way to get there is UP a couple of very steep, older wooden sets up steps, roughly 30 steep steps, just to get to the next level of the complex. Then, there is a somewhat management walkway (again with steps) to the beach. No way at all to use a wagon, etc. The steps up the steep hill were an issue. Secondly the parking is rough. The "spots" are very small. We have a standard F150, nothing crazy, and it was too long for the very small parallel parking in front of unit. So much so that we couldn't use it because the unit in front of me also had a standard truck that won't fit. The visitor parking spots are at the opposite end of the development. Very frustrating and unusable for us. Disappointing stay for us.
