The staff members are friendly, but the hotel is in general disrepair: peeling paint throughout, dingy carpeting, lumpy pillows, and cabinet doors falling off the hinges are just a few examples.

Had to switch rooms because air was broken and room smelled of smoke. (Non smoking room) Next room smelled a little better bc the air worked. But it was so outdated to where it could never look clean.

The front desk person was excellent and friendly, check-in was easy after online reservation. Room had a strong odor of cleaning products (covering up mildew? other?). Room had damaged walls. Bathroom looked run down, chipped tiles, stained walls, mat in tub was badly worn. Sheets were clean. Everything worked. Just was not worth $187/night.

Nice option for staying near Amherst - easy drive to schools and retail. Plenty of parking and near rail/trail for biking/walking/running. Motel was a little dated but clean and had a good breakfast. Fitness center could have used a refresh.

Yes, this bad.
Room smelled awful, chunky stain of unknown pink substance on the one arm chair in room. Toilet handle broken, sink didn’t drain (may have been source of foul smell). Dirty bandaid on floor of bathroom and someone’s used press-on nails under bedside table.
