We are professionally managed with 2 other super host properties. We strive to give you a great experience. No crazy check out list of chores!
This house was remodeled at the end of 2024. Comfortable space with a comfy sofa, air conditioning, dining room, a washer and dryer and a new nicely equipped kitchen featuring new appliances.

The glass top range and upgraded microwave makes the kitchen a great place to whip up simple snacks or a fancy meal.

Dining room seats up to 6 people.
Have fun, respect the neighbors and be kind to the house.

Listing didn’t specify that it’s more like a duplex than a single family house since it’s been remodeled with an addition connected to the house with a divided wall. Didn’t receive any check-in communication, door code. instructions/welcome packet, WiFi info, or check-out instructions so I had to reach out to the host a couple of times. Response was received with one word answers. The house didn’t appear cleaned upon our arrival. There was a load of bedding in the dryer, leftover food in the refrigerator and freezer. It was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Be prepared for very small rooms.

The location of this sweet property is perfect. It is close to everything but on a quiet street. In spring and summer it doesn't matter which way you walk, the entire neighborhood is like a flower show. There were some problems that were not the owner's fault but definitely their problem and when I let them know they were really nice about it. Best of all, the check out was super easy with no long list of chores before you leave. Clean and cozy.
