Very nice! Located conveniently off of I5 and right next to a shopping mall and restaurants. The room was much bigger than anticipated. Very clean and spacious! The breakfast was an excellent bonus to the stay. Reasonably priced for all that you get!

This hotel is under some extensive renovations. It would have been nice to know before we booked it, that most of the amenities listed on the Orbitz page are currently out of order. IT also would have been nice to have been warned about the additional $150 deposit that was charged at checkout. All of these things should be listed upfront before the room is booked.
Just a heads up, this property is undergoing some pretty major renovations right now. The Sauna, and exercise room are completely shut down, there is black plastic hanging in a couple arears around the lobby, and the sound of construction can be heard during the day. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The included hot breakfast was always hot and fresh. The room was okay, however we could never get the temperature to a comfortable level, and the toilet ran off and on all night. This is definitely an older property, that once renovated will probably be higher rated.

It is quiet and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Elevator not working, but not the fault of BW - supply chain parts! Overall very good.

I was actually fairly surprised by this property, I’m usually picky about hotels but this was what was what looked like the best available in Springfield without paying $300 for a night! I felt safe, they had a super strict no smoking policy, the rooms seemed to be updated. Quiet. The lady that checked us in was super friendly!
I've stayed here several times in the past. Things have really gone down hill. My night stand was sticky. The coffee machine was missing the basket to put the coffee in. The windows were dirty.
Very helpful staff, nice room. No cable which was a drag but the price reflected that.
The property was very nice, clean and comfortable while being quite affordable. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
The heat in the room was an electric fireplace that made the room cozy. Large area to work and two good size queen beds.
Liked the gym and the breakfast. Staff was very nice also. The television screen was grainy and they didn’t have CBS so we weren’t able to watch the football game.

The only amenity that we have removed is our sauna. The 150 deposit is only taken at CHECK-IN and is returned upon check out. This is common practice at all hotels.

We have done our Best to hide the work that is being done around the property. It is actually properly hidden to where it goes unnoticed by most. We are glad that you still enjoyed your stay.
