We've stayed in Springfield in the past at other establishments. They've all been in poor condition. So we were not expecting much. We were very happy with the attention of the staff to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will be staying there again.

It is within a nice walk to the hospital in Springfield. The room was clean and the need was comfortable. The staff were all friendly. I was able to extend my stay directly through the hotel.
