First time we ever ran out of hot water in a hotel! "Full" breakfast advertised, barely a continental offered.

Foul smelling {from dog pee}rooms Broken shower taps Water dripping from AC Smell of mould

No continental breakfast to speak of. A blueberry muffin and plain bagel I don't consider a breakfast. NO COFFEE. Dirty floors in bathroom. The water in the shower didn't turn off. Burn marks on tub from cigarettes. Next year will be staying somewhere else. Scary place low life hanging around.

The hotel was a little outdated but the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. It was convenient to the Big E and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. We just wanted a clean place to sleep at a good value and that's what we got.

Nothing fancy but adequately clean and convenient. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, though the microwave had to be moved in order to plug it in. Only muffins and bagels for breakfast but surprisingly good coffee.

It was comfortable and clean. The room decor is really tacky but the room was decent and the staff was really friendly

The heat was off when we entered on a 10 degree evening, and it took a long time to warm the room. The man at the reception desk needs to be friendlier. The shower needs a pressure sensing valve, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

WE arrived 10pm on the night of our reservation to find out that they had cancelled our rooms!! They were not willing to help in any way other than send us to another hotel down the dangerous end of the road. We went and had a horrible experience!! Holes punched into walls, doors. Mold in bathrooms, illegal electrical codes!!! I could go on and on but our main gripe was that the manager on duty at Econo Lodge did NOTHING to help with our mistaken cancellation. 2 thumbs down big time and would NEVER go there!!!

The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. This was the 2nd visit to this hotel and I found it very economical. I plan on using it again on my next visit to Ma.

I BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS BECAUSE I TRAVEL AT NIGHT. I GOT TO THE HOTEL 3 AM AND WAS AWOKEN BY SOMETHING THAT SOUNDED LIKE A SAND-BLASTER. I CALLED THE MGR. HE SEEMED APOLOGETIC. I HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT ENOUGH SLEEP AND ALMOST GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT. WHEN I CHECKED OUT, HE SAID "IT'S YOUR FAULT!". I WAS SO TIRED AND HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL WHERE I PAID A FORTUNE.I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN. I'LL NEVER FORGET THE EXPERIENCE HAVING JUST LOST MY HUSBAND AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH THAT!

Well it honestly sucked. We requested a non-smoking room. There were still ashes and ash tray in the room. I called the front desk and at 10pm Victoria asked if I wanted to check out. They were someone's zPJ's hanging on the bathroom door. The lobby smelled. The man at the desk for check out was sleeping on the couch and barefoot. It is a very dirty place and I am very dissatisfied with the hotel and [...]for even considering such a nasty place It was AWFUL!

NOT CLEAN A BAD TRIP.

Room key worked for security door, but not my room. Had to go to the lobby for a new key at 9:30 PM -- no one at the front desk, door locked and one of two door bells didn't work. Felt very unsafe in neighborhood trying to get Innkeepers attention.
