Location was nice. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t get to try the breakfast because it was weekend, so that was a bummer. But it was great deal nonetheless. Can’t beat the price for a clean room

Didn’t like how the staff handled my situation. I booked my room on a Wednesday, we called and let them know we were doing late check in. The day of my stay they called me at 10 to see if we still wanted the room I explained while booking we called to make sure we could arrive around 11. We got there checked in and went to our room, we opened the door and walked in on people in the room. Dirty food and towels on the floor and not to mention a guy and two girls in the room. They offered to have it cleaned then couldn’t wake up a housekeeper and then tried to move us to a room for of lesser value for the same price. We ended up taking a standard room, got a refund and paid for the other room. They offered us a free room for the next weekend and we said we would let them know Monday or Tuesday and then he said too late. Like seriosuly? Worst customer service ever! The dining area where we sat while waiting smet like rotten s**t. Will NEVER be back

Staff was wonderful but our room was filthy .. nightstand had dirt or grime on it. There was a surge protector on the nightstand that had grime on it as well. Floor had candy and pills on it and hairs all over the bathroom counter. The pull out bed had a white substance on it. We asked to have the roomed cleaned while away and it never was. There was also a very strong odor of weed. We also mentioned this but nothing was done. The floors downstairs were soaking wet becasue of children running to and from the pool. Which we understand kids are kids but there didn't seem to be an attempt to clean it up. The staff was nice but overwhelmed.

Wishing the pool was not broken! Room was clean and breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

Jet tub shot water out onto the floor. Pullout couch was broken, floor needed vacuumed.... Not worth the $100+ that I spent. Staying somewhere else tomorrow.

My room was not cleaned twice during my stay. The back door doesn't lock and is not secure.

Staff came to the counter at check in and check out and just stood there. Did not say anything through the entire transaction. Everything seemed dirty so much so that we skipped the breakfast.

Close to what we needed to see during our stay. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing.

OK value but it was time to deep clean the carpet and breakfast was so so. I would probably pick somewhere else next time.

Close to major highway. Property was older. Room needed upgrade.

We always look for a Baymont Inn when we travel and this one did not disappoint!

Construction going on in the hall way, no towels at the pool. The quality of the breakfast is poor.

I went all the way up to Springfield to be told that I wasn't going to get to stay because someone the night before had tore up the room.

Once again the hot tub was broken and the pool air was so chlorinated you couldn't breathe. The cover. On the heater was on the floor and there was a balloon filled with confetti from the previous patrons. The breakfast was great. I always meet my friends and family at this hotel because it is halfway between our homes but it sure is going down hill. Sad to see this. I reserved 4 rooms this time and I will give them one more chance but I was very disappointed this time, again.
