Where do I start? I saw black ants in the bathroom, cobwebs by the main door and the room doesn’t smell right. I stayed in the cabin, maybe the hotel rooms are better.

Can walk from lodge to hiking trails. Beautiful location. The food at the lodge was good and reasonably priced.

We thought we'd booked a room at the lodge but mistakenly found it was a cabin. The staff seemed unable to locate the customer service number for us to call to make a change. The cabin was very overpriced at almost $200, and included food and containers left in the fridge from the prior guest. It slept four people but had only two chairs. The exterior grounds are poorly lit at night. The restaurant is expensive, has a limited menu if you want vegetarian, and closes at 8pm. Consider staying in the town, which is not far away and would be better value.

check in was not easy upon arrival no one checks in before 4:00 not even get paper work done so when room is available it is easy. should expand on there is no t-v in cabins

Great service, comfortable rooms. Loved the fireplace in the cabin! Definitely recommend.

Very peaceful lodging, with just the right touch of comfort and amenities without overly disturbing what is present.

A girl at the check-in desk was new, which ended up costing a lot of unnecessary time. She gave incorrect information over the phone so we didn't come properly prepared, she didn't know to make needed changes to our reservation, and she gave us keys programmed to the wrong room. Overall, frustrating. The room was as expected for an older lodge. The main buildings were very nice. The location can't be beat.

Stayed in the Cabins. Very rustic but cozy. It would be nice to have a table in the room for playing games or eating. Gas fireplace, controlled by a thermostat so it was constantly going on and off for temperture control. Walking distance to the lodge for dining and gift shop and park bus

The location and the view is simply incredible. The shared living room area has wonderful deco and feels really warm, especially during the holiday season. The room is clean and spacious.

Love the fire place in the cabins! Although, you can hear everything that goes on in the cabin next door.

Close to the park but outdated, dirty, missing furniture. What you see in pictures is not what you get. Our room was not clean and was missing furniture. The were stains on sheets. The staff was incompetent and I got charged twice. I was then told that I was only charged once but my bank statement shows otherwise. During check in and check out there were at least 3-5 older persons at the front desk. I don't think any of them are professional at what they do even when it comes to simple tasks. I guess it is nice that the lodge wants to employ people that are past retirement age but they are afraid of computers and are not helpful and all.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that a inexperienced agent caused frustration and delay. I will look into the new staff at the Front Desk and see where we can offer additional training.
