Staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. They had a wheelchair to help my mom get to the room. They were able to give us a ground floor room so we didn’t have to deal with any steps. Room was clean and well equipped. Love the living room area that can be separated from the sleeping area with the curtain. Bathroom was clean. Everything was great!

The room was clean. Everyone was nice. Laundry room was convenient and the exercise room was next to it. My only complaint really was that the do not disturb sign on the door wasn’t respected. It’s frustrating when someone walks in after telling them through the door that you haven’t checked out yet. I would still recommend this hotel.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly. When we called because there was no remote for tv and they brought one right away. Asked for another pillow, again, right away! Clean room, ac worked wonderfully!! Good breakfast! All in all, very nice Hotel!!

The beds were extremely comfortable. Towels being refreshed more often than they were would have been nice. We stayed for 5 days and only had new towels the night before our last day. There is no fan in the bathroom and the towels never dried, even when they were hanging up each day. In locations with high heat and humidity, a bathroom fan is a must. We had to use the blow dryer each day to get the moisture out of the bathroom and unfog the mirror. the daily breakfast was good and the coffee was always hot. We would stay here again, and hopefully the bathrooms will have fans next time. :)
