Our handicap room was on the second floor with no elevator. The wallpaper in the room was peeling there was no glass plate in the microwave the bathroom door hit the toilet you couldn't get into the bathroom to use it when you walked into the property the carpeting was very old and worn out and dirty the swimming pool was cold

The first thing I saw when I opened the door was a roach scurrying across the floor so I grabbed a tissue to squish it. The carpet was gross and there were stains on the bedding. The desk chair was covered in some kind of animal hair. I decided we weren’t going to stay and risk bringing roaches home. I took the dead roach downstairs to show the front desk and explained why we leaving. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is another Quality Inn in Mason that is MUCH nicer.

It was kinda run down. The room was clean enough. But there's some thing's definitely in need of repair. Breakfast is verrrry poor. Toast, waffles, 2 off brand cereals. We went to the Bob Evans across the road. Went to service station for drinks. Soda machines empty on location. Lots of cobwebs even in the no coffee lobby.
