Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis guest suite with all the amenities! Pool with 12 foot waterslide, BBQ, electric firepit, trampoline, hammock chairs, board games, walkable cafes, shops and public transportation. Close to the airport and beaches.
This is a master bedroom and bathroom guest suite attached to the main house with total separation, soundproofing and private entrance for complete privacy. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, paper goods, water filter pitcher, smores kits upon request. This is a studio with no full kitchen and is similar to a hotel room. Outdoor dining table, bbq, fire pit, trampoline and pool. Hot tub for an extra fee. We also own a catering company and can provide meals for an exrra fee. There are two small friendly dogs occasionally on the property. Rarely the pool may be used by adjacent guests, Blocking off time is also an option at no charge! There is a Queen sized bed, double sized fold out futon couch, a roll away twin bed and additional twin air mattress upon request.
Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus included. Free off street parking, please do not pull into the driveway!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. The vacation home also includes an ironing board.

The property is amazing!! It’s a perfect place to stay for a family of 5 or even 6! It is a one bedroom like a hotel room however, my family of 6- myself (33), my husband (38), my mother (54), MIL (62), my youngest daughter (13) & her (13) year old friend. Everyone was so amazing & helpful! Definitely staying again in the near future!!!

It was a cute room with a bathroom, which was what we wanted. Close to stores, a great pool to start and end the day with. I was slightly concerned with the parking situation, but no issues. The host had a welcome sign out for us, and left us some s’mores and snacks. There were 2 little dogs on the other side of the house that shared the backyard. We never saw anyone, but we saw the two friendly little dogs. They were pretty chill and super nice. Host said we had the option to not have the little dogs back there, but they were amazing. We were glad they were there. Although we never saw the host she was quick to message, left a greeting on the front steps when we arrived, left us some other goodies in the evening. You couldn’t ask for a better host. Best host ever!!! And we never even saw her!!! If you’re fine with tight quarters it’s well worth it for the pool access. There is no AC that we saw, but we were not there in the middle of the day, just morning and evening, so we were super comfortable. Between the host, the pool, and the sweetest little dogs we were very pleased. If you need a super large area to sleep this may not be for you. Mornings and evenings were super comfortable, but not sure if it would get stuffy in the day. Guessing if you stay in the day you’re there for the pool and there’s plenty of shaded areas outside and the pool to keep you cool. We loved it and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Oh! and Most importantly it was very Clean!!! Thanks!
