Our stay had its good and had its bad. While we loved the location, pool and how comfortable the beds were we were very disappointed in the over all condition of our room. The walls are filthy, the floors were no different. The furniture in our room (room 8) was VERY weathered. The tv didn’t work. The upkeep on this place isn’t great. When adjusting the temp on the a/c the vent was COVERED in mold. Other rooms did seem to be in better condition but room 8 is in dire need of TLC.

So I was waiting for my son. A worker came told me I couldn't stand there then. Looked at my car, which was in a parking space, told me to move it into a space that I know it wouldn't fit. And then the other space she wanted meeting, put my car, I'd have to run over the curb. She gave me such a hard time and to top it off. You can't miss that I have one leg. So I have to have the door open to get in little difficult. I had my bathing suit on. So obviously she could see it so rude!

I never write reviews but I can’t avoid doing it for this property so that it helps even just one person from booking to stay there and losing money on a place as awful as this. The check in person was not friendly or helpful. We are grandparents traveling with a four year old, and were weary from a day at the boardwalk. The room was dank, smelled musty, and was dark. The only window was under a low overhang. There were two beds- one very hard, and the other so caved in that two people could not sleep in it without sliding into the middle. The bath towels were so old and frayed they were actually gray instead of white. The TV reception from their wifi was so poor that it studdered constantly. We tried to get the person out front to offer assistance, but she said the reception wasn’t good because of a storm, which was not true. There was no storm- just riptides and 20 mph winds. How does that affect the WiFi? We decided that it was too awful to stay there after all this, so we found another place for our trip. We were only in the room for less than an hour, so although I expected to lose the first night’s cost, I did expect a refund for the balance of the trip since we were not staying, but I emailed them like I was told to do, and received no reply and no refund . Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Is was really awful- especially for over $200 a night.

The towels were small and scratchy. Pillows were flat and cheap. Internet was weak or nonexistent. TV in the one room never did work right. Air conditioners in both rooms were loud. Had to turn one off on the second night because it was so loud. Positive about it was Staff did there best to accommodate when they could. They were helpful and friendly. Rate it 2 1/2 stars.

The amenities were horrible. We were gives 2 towels for a 5 person reservation. The beach access was expensive and had no access to other things. We could not park after checkout and the front desk was not helpful.
