The view is great, but that is about it

I will start with the property has an amazing view, but the home was not up to vrbo standards, lots of ants the home has termites lots of drippings behind couch, lots of openings for bugs and lizards to come in, no stove or microwave. Nice frig. No seating outside or covered areas to enjoy view. No window coverings for master, they had fallen down and was under the bed. The yard was overgrown but the owner did come a mow but needs a lot of yard maintenance. Dangerous for a toddler by the sea wall it drops right off into concrete and water. Dock has been gone for awhile, but there is a little opening in the side dock for a little boat. I would not recommend this place until a lot of maintenance has been done.

Million Dollar View/Can't Get It Out of Your Head

Overall, our stay was awesome in this very rustic/place which consisted of "Oh My" we watched the dolphins everyday herd/corral bait fish and share it with the pelicans who shared it with others. Yes, we spotted a couple of manatees meandering up the waterway. Several wild pigs among the mangrove's islands. You should not miss this view of the Gulf of Mexico/the mangroves islands, the tide, stars, etc. Relax on the deck as you watch the sun set. Enjoy

Amazing views!

Nice cozy home with amazing views. Large yard was perfect for our dog and boat trailer. Very convenient boat ramp at the end of the street and good floating dock on the property. Fishing and wildlife was abundant from dolphins to manatees. Host was great and very helpful.
