Unwind in Spokane at this enchanting home. With 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 3 full bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for convenience. An additional half bathroom has laundry built into it. A large living room with a large sofa offers even more comfort and enough space for kids to sleep on if traveling with a large group. Outdoors, enjoy a fully screened in outdoor kitchen complete with a fridge, pizza oven, propane grill, and charcoal grill. In spring time we put out patio furniture so you can gather around the built in fireplace or the outdoor TV!

Well appointed and clean. Plenty of room and excellent kitchen facilities. Tight parking if you have more than one car. Wish we could have enjoyed the terrific outdoor spaces, but weather was cold and rainy.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, both locals, made us feel very comfortable. Getting in was easy, the place is absolutely amazing, we had a group of 9, we were more than comfortable. For dinner we had friends over, about 20ish of us total and we were very comfortable, made pizza, enjoyed the hot tub. Our stay was even better than the pictures made us think it would be! Absolutely recommend!!!

This property was PERFECT for our daughter’s graduation party that traveled from Alaska! I have never seen such a huge sofa! The bbq grill was so convenient and the hot-tub was amazing! The hosts had great communication. I HIGHLY recommend this property for those with large groups! THANK YOU!

Gonzaga Graduation Weekend

This property is amazing. Love their outdoor areas. The mini condo in the basement is just beautiful and perfect. Location in the middle of everything. I just would say that this place is perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids or juvenils willing to sleep in the couches (10 people max.) We also noticed the lack of locks in some bethroom and the first floor bathroom.

Beautiful Craftsman home

We had two families, plus a few and had plenty of room. The outdoor space was delightful. Homemade pizza in the pizza oven was a highlight. It is a great location and easy to downtown, disc golf across the street, and close to grocery stores. Overall a wonderful stay. Hosts are Spokane natives and have pride in their home.

Excellent family house

We had a great stay at this property! This place is very charming yet well appointed. Our host made our stay easy and comfortable. They have thought of everything you would need during a weekend stay. Our kids loved the basement and there was plenty of space for two families of four! My only recommendation is to make sure and follow the host’s specific parking recommendations to avoid any issues.
