Super comfortable, very central

Very comfortable, lovely room and was clean. Had everything we needed. Breakfast and the pool was a walk away which we weren’t expecting but not a problem. Breakfast was very good

It was a good stay. But the pool was another building, so it was inconvenient. We chose the hotel for the pool and didn't use it because you have to walk 5-10min.

Generally good but a few issues

The main hotel and pool were really nice. Unfortunately, we were put in a room just over 5 minutes from the hotel, which didn’t feel the same. The room also had a normal window in the bathroom which could been seen through by neighbours, which was a bit weird. Generally it was a good experience, but I feel that the room being separate to the main hotel is bizarre

Excellent Hotel

Excellant stay, the room was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming and willing to help out at anytime helping take the bags to the room, booking resturants and arranging Taxi's from the airport. Would 100% recommend and visit again

This was clean and comfortable. The only downside was it was quite a hike up to our room. When booking the luxury rooms know that they are small and not attached to the hotel. Overall a lovely stay though.

This is a great spot. We rented two rooms for our family and everyone was comfortable. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. The location is great. Very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Split.

Great Charm

Very comfortable, clean and close to the activity in Old Town, Sea and wonderful restaurants. Anna was there to help with our luggage. A wonderful experience for our first night in Splint.

A hotel you should stay in

The hotel is brand new, and they have done an amazing job with it! The staff were wonderful - very helpful and sweet to my kids, and they also helped us with their knowledge of the local area. We will be back!

Had a wonderful experience at Luxury Rooms Agava! We were picked up from the airport through one of their airport transfers and were dropped off to our hostess right at the apartments. Our hostess was lovely and was very accommodating of our check-in/check-out nights. The room is equally lovely and located right in the heart of Old Town Split. Couldn't ask for a better location or place to stay. 10/10 would recommend.

SĂ©jour passĂ© dans une chambre Ă©conomique de l'hĂŽtel. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© placĂ© dans la chambre n°8 situĂ©e non pas dans le bĂątiment de l'hĂŽtel mais dans le cabanon en rez-de-chaussĂ©e entre l'accueil et la piscine. Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenĂȘtre durant tout le sĂ©jour, celle-ci donnant directement sur la piscine et les transats situĂ©s Ă  2m. C'est bruyant et des personnes vont se baigner dans la nuit. Pas de rĂ©ception aprĂšs 22h. Pas de wi-fi fonctionnelle dans cette chambre. Pas de petit dĂ©jeuner dans l'hĂŽtel mais dans un restaurant plus loin. Attention, si vous demandez Ă  la personne en charge du mĂ©nage de ne pas passer pendant un jour elle ne repassera pas du sĂ©jour. Avantage : pouvoir sauter dans la piscine depuis la fenĂȘtre. A 133 euros la nuit nous nous attendions Ă  une meilleure prestation. Déçus.

Perfekt lÀge och komfort

LÀget var helt perfekt! VÀldigt nÀra till strandpromenaden Riva, mÄnga bra restauranger i omrÄdet och nÀrhet bÄde till parken Marjan och palatset. Man checkar in pÄ ett stÀlle och sedan följer receptionisten med en till rummet som ligger nÄgra gator bort. Rummet var toppmodernt och kÀndes helt nyrenoverat. Duschen var hÀrlig, men badrummet nÄgot trÄngt. VÀldigt bra att det fanns vattenkokare och kyl sÄ att man enkelt kan fixa frukost sjÀlv. Det enda negativa med rummet var att det var branta, smala trappor i huset innan man nÄdde rummet, vilket var jobbigt nÀr man hade mycket bagage.
