represents the complete reinterpretation and renovation of a late 1960s building complex. The result is the birth of a modern accommodation facility consisting of elegant and refined apartments, in which the creative work of the architect Oscar Ferraro is reflected in the right attention given to taste, art, beauty, attention to detail and the comfort of guests during their stay.

The complete renovation has given back the possibility of offering apartments of various types ranging from nice studios for two / three people, to standard apartments for up to four people and superior apartments capable of accommodating 6 people.
The apartment is soundproofed and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a sofa bed.

Amazing apartments....Very modern, well equipped and in a great location. We will definitely be back

We had a great holiday at the Art apartments in Sperlonga. The Apartments are spacious, very modern and well equipt. There was also a sea view balcon big enought for everyone to sit out. The owner was great....very helpful. We loved it and will definitely be returning to these apartments. Thanks for making our stay so good. See you next year.
