It was a nightmare and if you're on a fixed income you are stuck until your next social security check. They lied about having a handicap accessible room, The beds have broken springs causing my chronic back pain to render me stuck in it. The toilet leaks from no caulking presenting the smell of urine, when flushed black streaks stained the bowl and the shower ran constantly.There was zero security, the manager Carson blamed FEMA for the conditions. Trash is everywhere on the property with one pile on the end of the second floor of building A remaining there for seven days before it was finally removed. Maintenance and housekeeping dont start until roughly 3 pm which means they only work 4 hours this is because the office is only open from 11am to 7pm. The smell of Marijuana coming from the rooms is overwhelming. You can only get fresh lenin on Thursdays at 2 which is ridiculous. Our Lyft driver told us it's a known drug hangout in Spartanburg. This location needs a massive overhaul beginning with management. Maybe then it can be restored to the reputation that Redroof inns have worked hard to establish.

Smelly and drippy.

The kitchen sink had a rapid drip and filled a 12 ounce cup in a matter of minutes. Despite multiple attempts to stop the drip, it continued all night. To stop the noise, a cup was placed in the sink and when it filled up the noise stopped and we were able to sleep. The room also smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. Despite lots of FABREEZE on the sheets and pillows, the smell was strong and we were never able to cover it up. Overall the room was clean and usable, but needed some LOVE for sure.

Not what it looks like online!! Room looked like nobody cleaned it for weeks, roaches like we were in the projects!! Just plain out nasty, I checked out the next day and paid for 4 days! The entire property needs to be pressure washed! Nobody wants to sleep in filth!

Floor and some other parts were dirty when i got the room, so i start cleaning everything myself. I stay a few week while was waiting on my new property, at the end of my stay i paid for 4 more days but stay just one night because i got the keys of my new place. When i inform of my early check out i ask for if there was a refund for the remaining days but they say hey dont do refunds.
You can see the floor where not clean, about 9 swiffer later still

The office personnel told me that these units are used to house shoplifters awaiting trial. There are kids running through the parking lot in small herds, making it unsafe to drive. The mattress is perhaps the lowest quality mattress I’ve ever felt. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I wasn’t armed I’d probably leave.

I called at 11 am and spoke to a staff. I asked her if it was possible to check in early and pay extra. I was told to wait till 12 and she would know. I called while on the road at twelve and a male answersed the phone. I told him what i was told. He informed my bluntly that check in was at 4 pm and no one told me any different. I told him that the female i talked to said she would let me know. He said there is only two people at the desk and absolutely no one told me that. I informed him i could show him the time i called when i got there and he said he didmt need to see that and if i couldnt make checkin at four i could cancel. I then said i may do that and he informed me that he had already did it and without allowing me time to respond he hung up. I then called the Best Western next door and they said to come on in. 75 yrs old, retired army and never have experienced such an attitude.

The property was dirty. The room was falling apart. The microwave was broke 1 of the stove burners was out the cabinets were falling off the hinges. The tub had a running facets would not turn off the dresser bottom drawer would not close. Loud music all day and night and people were just loud and not thinking about anyone else trying to sleep
