Amazing bartender/cook (same person) made for a great pub meal watching Bruins....cheap but quality....very limited menu FYI but all looked/tasted good....can't compliment the bartender enough!! Will be back!!
We stayed here one for a Patriots game. I think the thing to remember is that this is a local inn not a brand name hotel. Our room was clean and the wifi was good. It was comfortable enough to rest after an event. Loved the pub downstairs. I thought it was well done and I could definitely see why locals go here to hang out and watch the games.
Horrible. It all started when we arrived to checkin and had to wait outside ringing a doorbell for 10 minutes before a 9 year old child answered the door and walked us to where we checked in. The room was dirty. Toilet had toilet paper floating in it and there were hairs everywhere. The place also seems to be the home of many town regulars that roam the halls drinking, crying & fighting most of the evening. Room next to us was very noisy, but the door on the office was closed and had a sign for an after hours phone number to call which was never answered. For a small cost this wouldn't have been as upsetting but we paid $265 + tax for the night. The next morning as we checked out there was nobody in the office so couldn't check out and speak to anyone. I called the hotel number on the website several times and never got an answer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
My wife stayed here when attending Taylor Swift at Gillette. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very pleasant, friendly, informative, and eager to make sure we were comfortable. They also offered a FREE shuttle to and from the concert which was a major plus! According to Google or Hotels.com it says its a walkable distance, they lie! Its over a 3 mile walk and you have to walk along train tracks as there is no direct path. The bathroom was tiny, could fit max of 2 people but room came with fridge, microwave, and a TV. Only real downside was you could not control the temperature of your room. You can open the windows but if its hot and humid outside it won't cool the room down much. Overall, I would stay here again for sure if attending a football game or concert at Gillette.
1 night stay. Room was clean but extremely small for the amount of money we paid. Fridge. Microwave. Coffee setup but no coffee maker in the room. You can't adjust the air conditioning or heat. We had a fan in our room. Good thing because it was HOT. No hairdryer. Old fashion keys which is fine but no extra "lock" on your door from the inside. Had to park on the street due to all of the locals partying in the parking lot bar. I paid to stay there yet couldn't park. Lounge is ok for a quick drunk. Again local hangout and just a creepy vibe. Would of been very uncomfortable to stay by myself there.
My son and I, from UK, stayed for a Patriots game. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Had a great time in the bar, locals were all friendly. Great selection of beers. Chuck and Tina were great. Enjoyed breakfast. Chuck dropped us off and picked us up from Patriots game. We will definitely be back Chris Leeds UK
We wanted something close to Gillette, as we went to a late game. This was perfect, it was close and easy to get to after the game. It wasn't fancy but apparently they'd done some remodeling so bathroom seemed freshly painted. Room was clean. I found no faults with it. If you're going to concert or game and just want a place to land after, this was great.
We stayed at the Rally Point Inn in Foxboro for about a couple weeks and were dissatisfied with our stay. First of all, a couple nights into our stay we got a call that our room was a mess and we had to pick up our clothes off the floor. This was very rude in my opinion. Tina, the owner was very obnoxious she left us threatening voicemails saying that we caused damage that was already there we arrived. With the money that we spent we could have purchased a cheap trailer which would have been classier than the rally point or atleast we could have left our clothes on the floor.
A true hidden gem in the town of Foxborough. I recently stayed here for a concert that was going on and I must say that this places has the cleanest, friendliest, best food, great drinks, with the best prices around. They have pool tables, outdoor lounge, and clean comfortable rooms. The staff are among the friendliest and accommodating I've encountered, I felt like I got to know them on personal levels. Looks like we'll be getting to know each other a lot better because I will be coming here regularly
The room was NOT clean! Dirty socks beneath bed & old food in fridge! We were given another room which was cleaner (but not by much) After dinner (in the Pub, which was good) we returned to room to find NO toilet paper anywhere!! Had to run grab napkins from the truck!! Called owner the next morning and was told the room would be completely stocked and clean upon our return that evening. Came back to room later that night to find bed not made and NO clean towels! and the promised toilet paper just sitting on top of our suitcase! The front desk (?) person brought up towels and informed us that, "this is NOT the Marriott" when asked about the lack of clean towels and unmade bed! I should have listened to my gut feeling when I first booked this. But this was the only place that had availability in Foxboro due to the NCAA Lacrosse Championships.
