GRand children love the freedom of this hotel because of the lounge area and the breakfast. Ideally situated for the airport . Will definitely use again

Welcoming and helpful staff. Not made clear when booking that additional nights parking incur extra charge. Looked on web for info about dining but could only find breakfast - what a pity - the bar snacks looked good.

Spent one night there for the Vulcan Ground run, Very quiet but a a good hotel at a reasonable price and with helpful staff, food was good with large portions. The rooms are modern and all seem to be very quiet vas there are not many flights from the airport which is a short walk across from the hotel! Could get a bit wet if it is raining!

Friendly check-in for our pre-booked rooms (an accessible room & a 2nd double). We were thrilled when they gave us interconnecting rooms too. My wheelchair friendly room was great, easy to manoeuvre around & a spacious bathroom (wetroom style) with turning space yay! I found my room spotlessly clean, had tea/coffee facilities & a big comfortable bed. An extra duvet was promptly brought round when we asked for one (i was just feeling cold). The only downside was the considerably loud noise from the constantly opening then closing fire doors, which could be heard in one of the rooms making it impossible to get a good sleep. I don't know if something could be done to soften the noise because it was an issue but that's fire doors i guess. I would recommend ear plugs but our wake-up call was 20 minutes late so we needed to hear our own alarm. It was great being so close to the airport terminal. We left our car at the Ramada & took the mere 5 minute walk across. Perfect. Didn't have time to partake of any food at the hotel but the dining & drinking areas looked nice.

This hotel abuses it's monopoly position as the only Hotel close to Doncaster Airport. Everything is very basic and utilitarian including staffing numbers. On our visit only two staff were on duty to cover reception, bar service, ordering meals and delivering the meals to tables. Although the staff were polite and did their best, they had an impossible task in meeting demand for their services with queues at reception and the bar. The menu is very limited and our meals were of such poor quality that we complained and eventually received a refund. Don't know if we were just unlucky but to serve cremated but cold food is simply not acceptable. We did wonder when we sat in the bar having a drink and quite a few guests were seen carrying supermarket bags up to their rooms rather than eating the Hotel's fare! As for the room- again very basic but surely a reasonably comfortable bed could be provided. Our's had a very lumpy mattress and the bed frame creaked and squeaked with every slight movement. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car for the night. This hotel would not survive very long if a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge decided to open up nearby.

Great location next to the airport and literally a few minutes walk from the hotel to the airport. Room was clean, good shower and friendly staff at the reception. The hotel is approximately £15-20 from the town centre/railway station.

A very handy stop over for your holiday the night before . Basic but has everything you need before or after a flight. Have stayed on a number of times and will continue to do so when flying from Doncaster

Did not like service upon checking in. Gentlemen was very quiet, avoided eye contact and didn't offer us much information. It welcoming at all. I had to ask for details such as breakfast, wifi, etc. The hotel had no conditioner, only a standard shower gel which was shampoo as well? Not at all impressed to not have adequate toiletries when paying £148 for a 2 night stay. Also the hairdryer is attached to the wall and shuts off every 2 minutes and you have to wait for it to cool down to use it again and again. Any women reading this and staying! Take conditioner, take shower gel and shampoo as it was a very cheap mix and take your own hair dryer if you want to leave the hotel with dry hair. I have medium length fine hair and I gave up both days trying to get it dry, lasts barely 2 minutes then takes between 5-10minutes to cool down, then repeat. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels with much better amenities. I was disappointed but luckily we were spending time in Bawtry so didn't spend much time in the hotel apart from shower and sleep. The bloke serving/tending the bar in the evenings was very polite. Also to mention (not hotels fault) but we had no phone reception at all for the weekend, as soon as we stepped into the hotel it went to emergency calls only. We managed to use the free wifi but it's not very strong and kicks you off often. If you need to keep your phone handy or answer calls from family, etc this may not be the best place to stay.

I arrived at 5.30 pm. There were two staff at reception, check in was very quick and easy. My room was as requested, top floor, away from ventilation fans. I had a meeting in the foyer where there was plenty of room. I had dinner which was average fare, good service, good price. All in all, exactly as you'd expect in an airport hotel but, better value than most.

We had to be at the airport very early with a bang so took the option of staying. The staff were very friendly, room clean and comfortable. Only a shower in our room (no bath), not sure if this is the same for all rooms. The airport is only a short walk and car collection was easy. Would stay again in the same circumstances.
